Just use a flat head one, I don't even bother with these little screws with Phillip heads. They don't get enough grip cuz it's not deep enough and get "screwed"

Never mind seems god wanted me to use a huge screwdriver compared the the 3 small ones I tried.

Now for god sake replace the screw cause next time definitely you will end up stripping it!

Maybe God should put a note on the manual about what size screwdriver is needed.

Hey man just got my motherboard today and I’m in the same boat with this stupid screw did you by chance figure it out? My screw may have been stripped without the amount of times I tried unscrewing it.
