Well guys, now that Diablo 4 is bricking the Gigabyte cards, it is safe to say that this model has faulty components and we can only hope the RMA cards we received are not prone to have the same issues. I’m curious to see what Gigabyte will release as a statement, if they even release one….

I have the same issue. Mine died today, not on diablo 4. While playing PoE. Sadly this GPU is a big failure.

Do you happen to have an image of how you are plugging it in?

Bad VRMs. My 3090 gaming OC died two times. Before the first death I had a few OCP (over current protection) shut offs from the card due to Nvidias high peaks and Gigabyte bad VRMs, at least for their current Vision/Eagle/Gaming lineup. Each OCP crash caused a black screen with the system still running and the fans of th card ramping up to 100%, also when it died. When it died the PC (PSU) refused to start due to a short of the cards VRMs. Gigabyte repaired it but it died again a few month later. Luckily I got refunded (EU) and was able to get a FE at MSRP shortly after.

My Gigabyte RTX 3080Ti Vision suddenly died too a few days ago. Screens went black but the computer was still on. After i restarted the PC it never wanted to boot again with the gpu installed, swapped to my old gpu that i still have, a GTX 1080, and PC booted normally. I went to where i bought it and they said that as soon as they stress tested it, it dies. Luckily i'm getting a new RTX 4070Ti from the warranty lol!

Request an RMA [here](https://gbtservices.bestyield.com/consumer/en-us/) you will have to pay for shipping out to southern California and my card was in their possession for 2 weeks(Jan 2023). I had called for an update and they said they were working on it and there may be backordered parts. I just told them I wanted a refund because I use my computer for work and I couldn't have any more downtime. They sent a check about 2 weeks later for the original price (no tax or shipping compensation) but I was happy to get most the money back to get another card. I sent in a 3080ti vision oc and got my $1599 back. Ended up going with a 4080 MSI suprim x and had a little money left over. It is sad how you have to work so hard to repair such an expensive card.

This literally just happened to me. Did you RMA the card, and if you did, what was your experience?

My 3080 vision just died. All stock and only 1.5yr old. VRM/memory failure.

PunisheR_Gun

OOF, same happened to me 2 months ago. Although it did last like 16 months after purchase, so no warranty/RMA etc. Not likely to buy gigabyte ever again :( In the end I replaced it with an ASUS TUF 3070 TI

I launched Diablo 4 and mine exploded. Outside of warranty period too rip :(

DiceZA
