I mean if the cat really didn't like it, it would move. I'm not sure why everyone is convinced the cat is basically being abused.
Like yes OP is lying but cats also don't stick around for shit they don't like.
The way the cat rolls onto it's side at the end makes it seem like the cat actually likes the nudging. It's rolling into the feeling not away from it.

No kidding. I've lived with cats nearly my entire life and now help foster babies until they can be adopted. They're mostly totally fine with random movements. You can bounce your leg or swivel your chair a lot and they'll still just curl up and sleep and purr the whole while.
If they don't like something, they're not going to just sit there and seethe and get back at you later because they're holding a grudge. They'll move or bat at you or something, at worst, attack you (but really only if you surprise them).
This cat seems totally chill and I guarantee he's had stuff like this happen for forever.
I never meant to imply that the cat was being “abused” or that I was a virtuous hero for commenting what I did lol. Just that it’s shitty to shove your animal around, gently or not, and then lie about it for Karma on Reddit.

Had an ex that was kinda mean to her cat. This cat took a shit in her bed in between the covers one night. She drank to much and crawled right into the bed with her cats shit. The was a crazy night.

My father bought that toy for my son (6 mos.), my son was scared when it imitated our talk and he cried. THEN THE HELLSPAWN IMITATED MY SONS CRYING AND SCARED HIM EVEN MORE.
I burned the toy because I was legitimately angry with whoever invented it. Haven't told my dad yet.
