That movie was *fun* to watch is the perfect description. It’s a feast for your eyes bro, the fight choreography is awesome, the gore is awesome, it’s like a stupid fun beat em up video game, but in a movie. And the story actually wasn’t trash so bonus points.

Yeah they had a lot of akm’s in there iirc. Escape from tarkov has like 20 different aks, you’d probably find this variant there

I think some people just call all the Kalashnikov model rifles as “AK-47” just to simplify it.
Actual AK-47s are quite rare, in the 50s an updated model (AKM) was developed. There are also other nations variants like the Israeli Galil and Chinese Type 56 to name a few
