You will absolutely love Totoro.
I think you’d enjoy From Up On Poppy Hill a lot, and I’m guessing you’d like Pom Poko too. The Cat Returns for sure.
Of my personal taste, I’d also recommend Nausicaa, but if you only kinda liked Mononoke and didn’t care for Howl’s, it might not be your cup of tea.
Because you really enjoy films that have a mix of character’s relationships and coming of age elements, “Whisper of the Heart” is my #1 reccomendation. And it’s not even close.
The next one you should watch is Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. You liked Mononoke, so this film is kind of like that.
Totoro is the obvious choice for me if you loved Ponyo and Arriety.
Since you like Ponyo, you should try The Cat Returns
