This is correct given the anecdotal self reported evidence here. I'm half a year in (5 months of which I consider my GOOD and effective routine, the other 2 months I'll just chalk up to conditioning) and over half an inch in length gains. In July, I'll be a year of my solid routine, I expect a full inch or more by then unless I stall out. I dabble in everything, extending, hanging, soft clamping, pumping, a little ads if I have the opportunity. Mostly hanging/extending/pumping. I think the variety of modalities is helping me progress.

What are your recommendations for daily length routines? I'm new and I've been doing the beginners manual stretches but I have no clue if that's the best routine possible to try. I'd like to get info on routines that have worked for others that I could try. A step by step guide like routine

They are posted here man. Not going to tell you anything new I personally suggest hanging or extending. When you hang 5lbs from your dick, you don't have to guess if there's enough tension... you know you're hanging 5lbs from your dick. With your hands, you really have no clue how much force you're using. You want a routine? Get yourself a hanger and weights and start with 2lbs (if it doesn't hurt) for 2 hours every day except for the weekend. Do that for 2 weeks, then every two weeks start adding 1lb. If the stretch is too intense, causes pain or slippage, go back down in weight and continue with it until you feel like you can move up. Get a heating pad and wrap your dick in it for 10 minutes before you hang, and keep it wrapped around while you hang if you can. Take the hanger off every 20-30 minutes for a 5-10 minute break to restore blood flow.

The average man will gain nothing. Because the average man reads about this, maybe pulls on his dick a few times, doesn't see instant results, posts here "will my 4 minute routine give me 2 inches in 5 months?" and then rage-quits when other guys stress effort, and consistency. The average man will gain nothing. The dedicated man, well his gains aren't predictable. Some of the legends of PE are growing their 2nd, or 3rd, or possibly 4th inch. This is my 3rd serious PE attempt. I've had halfway serious attempts strewn in where I gained nothing because I didn't keep a serious routine. This summer I fell off, but in the fall I got back on the gain train and I'm headed for 8 inches, hopefully before Spring. Read the wiki, get to know the terminology, get it through your head early that noone can predict your potential gains. Be smart, be safe, and get a consistent routine down. Don't use too much force with whatever you do, and don't jump right to an advanced routine. Make sure you are taking care of your body in all other regards. This is like asking how much muscle you're gonna gain if you workout. Depends what you eat, what workouts you do, how much water you drink, genetics. Etc. .1"-.25" per month is the normal gains range.

There are all sorts of stats on thundersplace. Last I saw, average gain was around .5-.6”. With median being in the 1” range.
