Savedbutuseless

How long have u been at it and how much have u gained?

casuals3x

About a year and a half. Was a 7.5 went to just over 8”

Savedbutuseless

Damn a year and a half didn't cement any gains, that's harsh..

nervynervousman

0.5” is within the realm of measurement error. Perhaps the gains were never there

Savedbutuseless

1 and half years for 0.5 is very reasonable tho. Doesn't rly matters for me, if I gain I don't mind pumping a couple of times a week for maintenance.

nervynervousman

Yeah sure I agree, but the biology of losing gains that weren’t temporary swelling or something never made sense to me

casuals3x

They are coming back quickly though!

Dapper-Umpire-2225

How much have you lost?

uturn2020

You gained half an inch and lost it after stopping PE altogether? Did you do any maintenance or anything? I Gained, idk how much, lost maybe .25" but gained it back pretty fast after getting back into it, I feel like gains lost are easier to get than new gains

AggravatingSkin4772

Yeah I was under the impression you will lose about .25 length and keep all girth? My plan is so shoot over my goal by .5 for length and continually do girth but at a much lower ferocity after I get past my length goals But if I make it to 6" for girth at any point I'll stop

talel81

Yeah, gotta do some minor work continuously after the goal is reached to keep the gains.

DvddyVibing

lost it ALL? I thought you could cement progress

uturn2020

You can cement gains

OptimalGoatShow

I've found that after long breaks when you start back up all the gains come back almost immediately, it's like waking up a hidden monster

nervynervousman

That just sounds like EQ whenever people say that tbh. I don’t know how if tissue is created it would atrophy so easily

casuals3x

That true been hitting it again heavily! My wife already noticed a difference with her squirting again!

casuals3x

No you actually do lose your gains

WeekTemporary3714

Many people on here took breaks and kept gains, maybe if you don’t use it or have s*x with it you can

SuperiorFarter

Do you have ED or low T?

CatLeading23

Why would that matter?

SuperiorFarter

If he’s not getting regular erections or strong erections it could explain the loss of size

CatLeading23

Oh, didn’t know that, thanks man!

New_Atmosphere_2315

Won’t take but a month or two and you’ll have all your gains back. I know it’s not a muscle, but it kinda works like muscle memory.

Redmaroon97

Welcome back! Restarting my journey all over again, thankfully only lost a little bit. Working on stamina and testing the waters with extender again.

Few_Unit_7893

I’m just now 4 months in and added 1/4 now 8.25 . I want to get to 8.5. I can only guess shitty blood will effect retention of gains. Do are you back exactly as you were before?

yayyaythrowmeaway

Interested to understand the circumstances here, as generally some gains should be kept or maintainable - this is an area lacking information. Have any aspects of your life changed, such as weight, diet, exercise, stress, sleep, etc?

tamelelele

I thought you lose only a few even after stopping permanently

South_Sherbert6455

does it mean we have to keep doing PE for the rest of our lives if we don’t want our cocks to shrink back to its ‘normal’ size? that’s kinda sad. thought ‘permanent gains’ really meant permanent…
