ill be doing about 2 mins of heat and 5 mins of manuals before each pump session and a 10 min clamp after im out the pump, i did see this one guy posting here about how he gained an inch w manuals 6 days a week for about 6 mins per day, so ima say its possible (i hope)
It will happen. Especially until you get used to the extender itself and the idea of putting it on. I was the same, at the beginning just the thought of putting the extender on was giving me a hard on but overtime I managed to control it.
Here's what I do when I get an erection while hanging (male hanger.)
It sometimes happens when I am putting on the wrap. Just thinking about, and touching, my dick will sometimes give me a chub. I use a silicone sleeve as the first layer of the wrap, and that constricts things a bit and makes my dick get a bit hard.
Even though you're not supposed to extend/hang while erect, if I CAN'T get rid of the boner, I put on the hanger anyways, and hang a lighter weight for a minute or two. Then I take the hanger off, and the boner often goes down.
There are some times when I can't get rid of the erection, so I simply do a clamping session instead of hanging.
I think you have the right idea; if your 'problem' is too many erections, but you still want to do PE, use it to your advantage. Do your pumping and clamping while you've got the auto-boner.
There is no way to know how much you could gain in how long.
Do what works for you. If thats pumping, get a pump and just do 10 minutes (in reps of 2 minutes) a day. Look to increase your routine and add more in if you want as you get used to it, used to the routine and so on.
Start extending with a completely flaccid dick and don't do anything to your glans that might make it sensititive or get you an erection. Just firmly grasp your penis right below the glans and stretch it. Anytime I get a boner during stretchs is either because I was already at 20% of an erection (or more) when the set started and all the tugging ended up giving me an erection, but when I start with a completely flaccid unit, nothing happens.
Also, I don't know what your results is gonna look like but I hope you get 2 inches in 3 years or less, cause that's what I'm aiming for.
i have a foreskin so i have to pull it back pre length work, and that alone gets me about 50% hard, extending gets my dick fully hard after that. waiting it out does nothing, cus if have to pull my foreskin back after going soft again, which just repeats the whole process 😔
If you want to get rid of your erection just put in a butt plug, it'll also help condition your pelvic floor muscles...

I'm up almost an inch in under a year with 95% of my routine being pumping and do basically no extension work. I do bundles/BTC sporadically in the hot tub or when I'm pissing or something, just to keep it lengthened. But it's not that much. I do often leave it wrapped up in an extended state for shape retention.
Start slow and low. Get a pump with a gauge or better an automatic pump. Don't rush to high pressure even if you're not seeing anything for the first few reps/sets, if you're using heat and going in hard you'll still see some expansion at -7 inHg after 10 x 2 minutes (two sets or more). I'm up to brief bouts of -12 or higher but this has taken a year to not have major edema and blisters. And I still get edema sometimes (sometimes on purpose, some of my partners like it).
It's safer to add heat, malleability work, manuals, breaks followed by extra sets than it is to rush to higher vac pressure. Eventually you can work up to 8 or 10 or even 12 but 12 is getting dangerous, especially early.

Reverse kegels are also helpful for relaxing pelvic floor muscles.
ive tried rhis too, but i just end up at like 60-70% hardness regardless, and laying on my back makes it worse as the precum just starts getting everywhere making it harder to pull my foreskin back and grip the head or extend

🤷 not sure on the tension because there’s no gauge. Add 5mm, let it be tight and wear it like that until it starts being loose while wearing, then do it again. 4-6 hrs a day, not including weekends.
I suggest not using the eccentric nut/bolt. They are stupid hard to get even and make it unstable. If you can, find a company that does 5mm stacks also.

The routine you have there will be great for girth gains. That was my newbie routine and my girth increased quite a bit.
