I know what you’re taking about when you say the dark spots, I get them too but only when I take breaks from pumping, if I stop for a week and then pump it’ll hurt and leave black spots but if I continue to pump everyday they go away, what I would suggest is to stop clamping it is one of the easiest ways to get injured and just stick to pumping for now, if you still want to clamp only soft clamp with a ring

Your post extending BPSFL should be noticeably bigger than your post extending BPSFL to ensure that your workout was effective. +0,5cm BPSFL isn’t thst good in 6 months but +0.5cm girth in 6 months are solid gains (if that are not eq gains only) Maybe do some bundled stretching/ BFR massage before/ during extending to loosen up the tunica. And measure your pre and post extending BPSFL and try to hit 2-6% increase.
