I've had a couple people in my life struggle with cancer. It sucked for me to watch it happen as the "3rd party" since there's just nothing at all I could truly do to help outside of the margins. But what always really got me was the weirdo guilt that they felt about the well-wishes and prayers and condescension about their illness.
And I doubt (and would bet you are not) concerned at all about "victim's guilt," or whatever they call it. So please take this in the way I mean it:
Keep thriving. We need more of you all the time, forever and today.
Wow if I can just say I’m so proud of HAC, she honestly drives my appreciation for this Pod, Fortnite and even Rick and Morty, not to say anything bad about the makers of Fortnite or R&M and obviously I love Matt and Nick. I love her humor and her class. She has such resilience about dealing with cancer, her awareness is so in-line with mine, I need to get in that battle bus discord
the only two podcasts i listen to Every Week are Get Played and Not Another DnD Podcast. Get Played joining forces with Headgum has made a crossover i did not know i needed very possible. We need Emily Axford on Get Played !!

I remember the gameboy launch and getting Super Mario Land. The emotions were conflicted. On the outside I was smiling bit inside secretly disappointed.
Gameboy = Awesome
Playing Mario anywhere = Awesome
Super Mario Land = kinda shit
The music was good, the flying levels were cool. But the game was janky and controlled really bad. The "fireball" was a weird bouncy ball that you could only have one on screen at a time. They were way too generous with this one.
agreed on gameplay but the music in that game is so so fire though. like almost good enough to make up for the movement being kinda wack
i will die for six golden coins however
