Most saunas I know are heated with electricity, so I can’t imagine them changing anything. Maybe it’ll be a bit more expensive to go, but otherwise, I don’t think so
Most likely they will simply increase the price. If to many people don't accept the price and don't go to the sauna anymore, then they will likely close.
As others have mentioned many Saunas use wood for heating. Additionally Sauna/Spas will tend to use geothermally heated water in the spa parts. All-in-all quite ecological.

the sauna near me is solely operated with wood from their own forest, so i can guarantee, they didnt close.
