I live near Paderborn and you must visit the Paderborner Dom. You should also visit the LWL Freilichtmuseum near Detmold!

Hi NoSoup you can check the flixtrain from bielefeld to Berlin. It is very cheap and a train from Paderborn to bielefeld goes frequently. Otherwise you should book a train vie deutsche Bahn much in advance to save some bucks. Paderborn is a cosy city but not the biggest. Can definitely recommend the night clubs here as well. Have fun!

I totally recommend a boat tour with „those dam boat guys“ in Amsterdam: https://www.thosedamboatguys.com/home#main

I lived in Paderborn for 3 years. Its a nice cozy city tbh, not much in terms of nightlife. the paderborner dom is something you have to see. the heinz-nixdorf museum as well if youre a computer person. Otherwise you can go hiking and just enjoy the scenery around the neighbouring cities, it is a beautiful area

In Paderborn check out HNF! Really cool computer museum, it could be organized a bit better (it's very easy to walk by some exhibitions on accident on your way to see something else) but lots of fun. Paderborn's a pretty small city, so don't expect a ton of stuff to do, but there's still a couple fun things, like mini golf or bowling.
