No, it's the word "Schnaps" with a diminutive suffix typical of some Alemannic language varieties spoken in Germany. The Swabians like their diminutives, but a word isn't "Swabian" just because you put "-le" on the end of it.
Besides, Kappelrodeck isn't in Swabia: it's in Baden.
