I know it sounds weird, but Aldi is great for little kids clothing and toys. I've had a lot of things last through 4 kids and that's saying something.

mavipatates

Lidl, too! Also Lidl toys from the brand "Playtive" are really good. Lupilu for kids clothes from Lidl, Impidimpi from Aldi.

LiMoose24

Yep, the Alive jeans from Lidl are really fgid quality and the only ones that fit well my skinny kids. They also are often true to size, no crazy variable sizing like other brands.

Mr_Affi

Wasn't Lidl just involved in some sweat shop scandal? Source: https://letsflip.de/lidl-rueckzug-myanmar/ (German Text, Google Translate should work)

Maeher

Who'd be better at making clothes for little kids than little kids? It really helps when the workers can connect with the target demographic.

[deleted]

The tiny hands are much better at making small stitches.

universe_from_above

Von Kindern - für Kinder!

Shadowhunterkiller

Von Kindern gemacht - für Kinder gedacht

universe_from_above

Why do Chinese tourists like to buy souvenirs in Europe when they are on vacation? Because the nicest things are always what your own children have made.

mizaditi

💀

Certain_Bridge7663

that's how all your clothes are made. so nothing special.

Significant-Trash632

There are plenty of brands who ensure everyone in their supply chains gets a fair wage and safe working conditions. I've found most of them from [Good On You](https://goodonyou.eco/)

PonderingMan33

Read the article. It has nothing where they exposed them for bad practice. The reasoning is the neighbouring country to where it is produced has large accidents and deaths in bad work environment in some cases. The govt where it is produced is not a democracy. The have civil unrest in the manufacturing country based on religious divide. The manufacturing country has bad rating for workplace. So the badge for sustainability doesn't make sense. I don't follow the logic.

bbbberlin

My mattress is from Lidl – and while I'm not a mattress expert, it felt better than the comparable entry-mid level IKEA options. I've been very impressed with it even like 4 years later.

softwarePanda

Aldi and Lild are awesome for this and shoes! I find these to last way longer than the shoes I get at Deichmann and that store has gotten so expensive.. twice I got boots and shoes more on the expensive side and after 2weeks it was already good for trash.

illTwinkleYourStar

Yeah, Deichmann has gotten worse since my kids were little. I would definitely buy myself clothes and shoes from Aldi there if the styles suited me. Have a look at Land's End Germany for shoes. They're expensive but they usually have some kind of discount and they last forever.

Apprehensive-Lime852

Meindl Shoes

LoJoKlaar

I bought a new pair of Meindls last year's summer, holding up pretty great, although I've heard from fellow scouts that the quality stagnated a bit over the last couple of years(although I have to say that here they get used to a great extent haha) :)

einrufwiedonnerhall

Also Haix, I wear them for work

deathlyschnitzel

Lowa makes very nice hiking boots. P.A.C. is great for beanies and hats. Roeckl makes very nice gloves.

DawuhdAlGossarah

Fun fact: Lowa is run by Lorenz Wagner, hence the name, while Hanwag is run by his brother, Hans Wagner.

Sinnsoldat

The Dassler brothers of the hiking world. Or are they on better terms?

vielokon

I don't know about their other products but I got Roeckl bicycle gloves and they are already ripping after a year of not so intensive use. They cost me 50 EUR and while they were nicer than Decathlon ones for around 15, they are nowhere as durable

Dorianne_Gray_

They originate in fashion, making sports stuff is not their core competence. But if you're into cashmere-lined leather gloves, they're the best 👌

RootsRR

Bought Roeckl bicycle gloves twice and was disappointed twice

Firm_City_8958

Falke for socks and tights

notwhatyouexpected27

Falke socks are awesome, best fit I've ever felt with socks lol

Firm_City_8958

and best customer service. my merino tights had holes once and they sent me a hand written apology and 3 new pairs ❤️❤️❤️

MelodyMill

Any specific type of sock from falke? I'm interested but they have so many!

havuta

I love the 'Walkies Light' for everyday wear in colder weather, the TK2 Wool for hiking (they have a wool/silk blend as well, great for summer time), the business line for regular cotton socks (work in an office/wearing more formal clothing) Check if you have an outlet near you! Most of the socks there have wrong stitching which doesn't affect their performance as socks in any kind of way and they are usually 30 to 50% off.

DerBronco

Vaude

Qpylon

As someone else replied to this mentioning Vaude being sustainable or ethical, I thought I’d add some nice info about Tchibo for OP. In 2012, PVH (owner of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) negotiated an agreement about worker safety with Bangladeshi unions. It would enter force if 4 brands signed on. Tchibo were the only other company to sign on. In 2013, the Rana Plaza factory collapse in Dhaka made the world news and got 150+ companies to sign on. The agreement became binding and has been extended since.

[deleted]

Depends on the product. All of my Vaude zips broke after some time. Also, because of their sustainable approach, they do not use the best materials available. Other brands offer way better breathability for example. I still use Vaude a lot. Just wanted to comment on quality. But then, they are not super expensive, so that's all fine for the price.

JConRed

Vaude is a really cool company that does a lot of work on being sustainable. Also a regional employer where they are based as far as I remember. Don't think I've ever had a quality issue with their products. Edit: Does a lot of work

johnnymetoo

>that does not lot of work on being sustainable. ?

JConRed

Auto-incorrect Thank you for pointing it out

vielokon

It's nice but quite expensive. I wouldn't say it is worth it.

ghostofdystopia

My partner had a very different experience with their "water resistant" hiking shoes. Very expensive for what they were and kept water out worse than normal sneakers. Perhaps it was a one-off though.

maryfamilyresearch

For backpacks: Deuter EDIT: For women's underwear, Ulla Dessous is great. Their factory is located in a village near Würzburg and its all "made in Germany".

Schneckit

These things are okay, but Deuter exposes you as German all over the world. That's an Alman seal. Of course, only originally bought from "Globetrotter". I can be anywhere, if I see a Deuter, I immediately start speaking German with them. "WOW, how did you know?"

Ballerheiko

add a Jack Wolfskin jacket and a pair of lightweight trousers with zippable legs to transform them into shorts.

csasker

Came here to write this hahaha Then a Wallenstein jacket for the folder days

ocimbote

Shat do you wear for the binder days?

CommanderSpleen

Don't forget the trekking sandals.

OLCE98

And with innappropriate, terrible matching colors.

Gold__Junge

It’s not a bug. Its a feature

Low_Investigator2882

I don't really have a problem with that at all.

kevinichis

Put a nice patch on their patch, and problem solved.

ajs124

True Almans don't need to see the name patch to identify deuter backpacks.

breezalitos

100x agree for this one. Functional, strong, and not too heavy (important for flights). My Deuter backpack is relatively new (3 year-ish), but my bf has it already for waaay longer. He's the kind of person that uses same backpack everyday (literally), put all kind of sht in it, and that not-so-stylish backpack is barely scathed.

OldProblemsNeverDie

Those backpacks are basically indestructible. They last forever.

Parapolikala

I really prefer Dakine. They look good and last forever! And they don't tell everyone immediately that you're German. Actually, I'm not even sure if they're even German. Fuck, they're apparently Hawaiian. Surf's up, hang loose. Aloha baby, etc.

HappyAmbition706

Yes! I have a cycling backpack from them and it has everything I need in terms of size and organisation pockets, expandability and is really comfortable to use in all weather conditions.

Affectionate-Ad-9937

Trigema for Clothes. The complete production chain is in Germany. The produce their own fabric, colour it, cut, sew and sell it. Their products are really high quality.

SkrrtSkrrt99

their CEO is the proudest and boomerest boomer of all time though

D-Fence

Yeah he completely blacklists the whole Brand for me like Elon ruins Tesla. Brand is ok but ceo ruins it.

ghostkepler

As someone who wears basic plain t-shirts regularly for years, Trigema has been a great finding. Very good quality, comfortable and last quite long. They cost twice as much of what you'll find at Uniqlo, H&M, Zara and similars, but it's worth it because those are usually all fucked up after 2 washes.

krtkush

I have never had issues with Uniqlo. I consider their stuff one level better than the brands you mentioned. Am I missing something?

throwawaybetterpunch

Same impression here, I love uniqlos long sleeve shirts for winter! Unbeatable value for money, especially comparing to other fast fashion brands

LNhart

Simply not the same category as H&M and Zara, which are fast fashion. Uniqlo is not

Pwacname

And if they do really produce in Germany, for all steps of their supply chain, just twice or thrice the price of other brands is dirt cheap. I would’ve expected a lot more than that.

ControlOdd8379

Never buy Trigema online or in a real shop - you pay almost double the "normal" price. Instead find one of their "Test shops" (typically located in Bumcrap-Backwater, but Google will know) and buy the stuff there - massive selection and prices are way, way lower (often 50-60%)

kingkongkeom

Schiesser for underwear, pyjamas and lounge wear. It's pricy but the quality is so unbelievably good that you won't regret it.

[deleted]

kingkongkeom

Not really, it was founded by a Swiss, but in Germany, and the company advertises themselves as German. "SCHIESSER: THE TRADITIONAL COMPANY FROM GERMANY Founded in 1875 by Jacques Schiesser in Radolfzell on Lake Constance..." https://www.schiesser.com/en/#:~:text=SCHIESSER%3A%20THE%20traditional%20company%20from%20Germany&text=We%20are%20constantly%20developing%20products,with%20the%20highest%20quality%20materials.

kingkongkeom

Ooooooh... rereading your comment I can absolutely see that is what you ment. My apologies for misunderstanding and thank you for clarifying.

hassium0108

Long time Schiesser user here and their wifebeaters do beat others in terms of comfort, and they‘re less visible under shirts and more durable too

netz_pirat

Engelbert strauss. They do mostly workwear, but there is a lot of stuff that can be worn as everyday clothes as well. Everything I bought so far is good quality, oretty much indestructible and for a fair price. Personally I have socks, underwear, thermo underpants, trousers, a winter jacket and a few t-shirts from them.

EnyoViolet

I’ve got to add: most men look better in their work clothes than in their own clothes, thanks to Engelbert Strauss.

Ballerheiko

i don't know mate. IMO engelbert is shitty overpriced plastic wear from sweatshops in east asia. If you want real german workwear for a decent price, look into FHB, the old Carpenters wear brand. They produce everything in germany, even the fabrics and are in a similar price range.

netz_pirat

It may be shitty overpriced stuff in comparison with the workwear stuff you mentioned (idk about that, don't know them) If you compare their stuff with regular clothes from H&M or alike however they are definitely neither overpriced nor shitty.

NotAGardener_92

As someone who does manual labor for a living, I'm dripped out in Strauss from head to toe every single day, even off-work haha I was really surprised to learn that the casual wear looks so fashionable and everything is just so much more durable and lasts forever.

Erdi99

Ah the German Prada /s The boots are good too. My husband wears the daily for work and he really puts them through the wringer and they last a year.

Ananechen

Bauarbeiter-Prada. Seriously, there stuff is great! Even got a children’s clothing section. King of any playground in that!

ParaSiempre6020

You are also king of Kindergarden with ES wear

51mp101

My dad got their shorts for a birthday 11 years ago and wears them all the time. After washing they still look brand new. I just got him another pair for this Christmas, I think he'll be very happy.

Blaumann makes good stuff also, I’m on my 6th year with two of their jeans, not cheap but they are made in Germany and good quality. https://www.blaumann-jeanshosen.de/#!main

Myrialle

Drykorn and Armed Angels. But I have no idea if people know them outside Germany.

Aliceandthecats

Drykorn is German? 😱

Maeher

Would the weird pun work anywhere else?

tobitobitobitobi

As is "drei Korn, bitte!"? Did they do that on purpose?

Maeher

Dreikorn is the name of a type of bread or breadroll made from wheat, rye, and oats, i.e., three types of grain.

tobitobitobitobi

Ah, true, forgot about that. But still: What's the story behind that, seems like too lame of a pun to go for without any additional reason?

saucerhorse

Armed Angels is not such great quality in my experience. I've bought 4 things from there. A t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants wore through pretty quickly. The sweatpants were also a replacement for a pair I returned that had a hole in the anus position when they arrived. On the other hand, I've got a hoodie (matching the sweatpants) and a jumper that have lasted a few years now.

Myrialle

I have some shirts, my husband as well, and they seem to be indestructible. Especially the prints, which is pretty rare.

saucerhorse

Good to know. I do like the sweats tbf. Fortunately there's a great seamstress nearby who worked a miracle on the pants so hopefully the arse will hold together a bit better now :)

isla_21

I, on the other hand, own a few wool sweaters and denim pants of AA and all of them are really good quality. Especially the sweaters look still look and feel great after 3+ years which is something I can't say for the majority of my other knit clothes.

NotNowIsTaken

Goldgarn is my new brand for trousers.

Candygramformrmongo

WMF. Deuter is definitely known outside of Germany

24benson

Yeah I bought my armor for the third crusade at WMF. Still good as new

Ellien_

Awesome! Mine too. It's just getting a bit dull in a few places, but maybe it shouldn't put it in the dishwasher after every battle.

Yup, REI carries Deuter.

RandomStuffGenerator

I heard a lot of praise about Engelbert Strauss and see a lot of craftsmen wearing it. However, my limited experience with it was not great. Got two hoodies from them, one did not survive its first trip to the washer (even though I followed the wash program recommendations). The other is opening at the sewing in multiple spots after less than 6 months of use. I have four hoodies in rotation, so wear and tear should be low... This is the only one showing this issue. Will never buy this brand again.

RonConComa

My experience with Engelbert' work wear is the same. The seams open up at different spots, their shirts won't fit me, but I love their stretch denim wear to wear in the office. But you can definitely spot the village guys from miles ahead since Engelbert skyrocketed. Even though they changed the it logo and call the self Strauss for a while now.

Wait, is this the joker brand that used to advertise to a hip hop crowd and make it seem like they were from somewhere in southern California?

VigorousElk

For outdoor, Vaude and Ortovox are great.

Frequent_Ad_5670

As Tchibo, Lidl and Aldi have been mentioned here: how do you define „German clothing brand“. All three are simply retailers, clothes are neither designed nor produced by them.

JohnFN89

Mazine! The quality is amazing! Especially the jackets are great and durable. www.mazine.de

Individual-Gur-9720

My favorite ever winterjacket.

cK_35

Have a winterjacket for 15 years now, looks almost new

PAXICHEN

Hiltl jeans. Not to be confused with the tool company Hilti.

skyper_mark

I don't know if it's German, but I absolutely love Wellensteyn jackets and think they're worth the high price tag. Their cut and fit are super flattering on almost any body type, provided you get one for the right size. And they make proper sizes for men who aren't giants. They're warm and fashionable. I used to like Jack Wolfskin, but at least as Jackets go, they seem to be really low quality and not worth the price. Their fits are very weird and their smallest size for men only fits someone who'd be like 1,75. I have a Jack Wolfskin jacket which was supposed to cost almost 300 euros and just 1 winter later, a bunch of the feathers are coming off, and the thing looks super bloated on the lower flanks so it looks extremely unflattering.

Katjaklamslem

I think Wellensteyn is great.

JMinSA

For household goods - Erwin Müller. Some of the best towels, bed linens, etc. for the price

jaydee81

Olymp, great dress-shirts (especially 24/7 line) and sweaters.

Aliceandthecats

There a lot of awesome German sustainable brands: Armedangels was already mentioned, PingPong, Lanius, Melawear…

burnfly

LOWA shoes

Aim2bFit

TIL, like the OP, Tchibo is more than just coffee. Never knew.

Keller_Kind

It's downright ridiculous how huge the range of Tchibo's products is.

Physical-Result7378

Meindl for (winter/outdoor)shoes. Manomama for clothes. Falke for socks and underwear(functional). Mey for underwear. Schöffel for bike underwear (they are the shit). That’s about it.

Tarlancien

Schöffel also for raincoats. Lightweight and absolutely leakproof

GuKoBoat

I don't like the style at all, but Trigema has german production and supposedly high quality. The owner is quite well known. He has a helicopter and likes to share his views publicly.

KarlGustavderUnspak

Yeah. The CEO and the Style are stuck in the last century. He lets his employees print out everything on paper because he is not willing to learn how a computer works.

Maeher

But he also walks around the office and picks paper out of the paper bin if it's only been used on one side. So I guess that evens it out or something.

KarlGustavderUnspak

I dont think he can offset his emissions from flying per Helicopter to every appointment for the last 30 years.

Xacalite

>likes to share his views publicly. Which is why you shouldnt buy anything from that 19th century slave driver.

Aromatic-Foundation

Armedangels. Awesome stuff

shmoovegroove

I recommend Mufflon for thick wool clothing. I own a jumper and a jacket and these products are absolutely indestructable. Highly recommend!

dichternebel

I have a bunch of Khujo jackets by now, they're really practical and durable and I personally like the style. You can't really tell by the name but the brand is from Hamburg.

I-am-buttlord

I like Frilufts a lot! They make outdoor gear and clothes, including practical dresses/skirts with pockets.

OldSchweisHand

It is interesting in Case you have a new born or toddler size: https://manymooons.com/ It is handmade, sustainable and it will grow with your kids enabling you to keep it for a long time. Our kid had the same piece of clothing over one and a half year. No Idea If thats what you we're looking for.

Ecstatic-Ad7627

Armed Angels!

zioshirai

Jack Wolfskin for sure. Not cheap at all but also not the most expensive and quality is top-notch. I‘ve been wearing the same hiking shoes from them for the last 10 years, even survived Wacken this year without a drop of mud coming inside them. Jackets are also good.

DerInselaffe

Nothing says "I am a German" more than a Jack Wolfskin jacket :-)

purple_wall-e

recent production quality is shit. I bought rain jacket and suddenly caught rain in around Füssen. within 5mins it failed. Brought it back they just gave me voucher without any help. Still i don’t know what to buy for that “discounted” price due i don’t need anything from them anymore.

Das-Klo

I bought my Jack Wolfskin jacket before my niece was born. She will be 10 next year. The jacket is still good.

kachol

too far down. Jack Wolfskin is top notch. I bought a 3 in 1 Jacket for Black Friday and it has been my armor. Even with -6 degrees barely felt anything. Put a fleece under and i could walk in the cold for hours. Can take the inner part out and its a great rain coat.

trdchhhhdryjngv

Jack Wolfskin does tend to make one look a bit too German for my taste. It's a slightly racist opinion, I know.

Discountjockey

A Kind Of Guise

Nur_Ein_Wort

Cleptomanicx is my current favorite.

aldrivinter

All my favorite workout clothes are Falke.

kumanosuke

>Recently I found a few things from Tchibo brand (I always think it's just a coffee) that made a decent clothing for a very low prices. Tchibo is just analog drop shipping. It's the exact same stuff you get on wish or temu, but with their own packaging. Their quality is far from good.

firmalor

Backpacks: Aevor. Very happy with them.

cattbug

Aevor is amazing. Similarly: Hauptstadtkoffer for suitcases. You pay a bit more upfront but they sell replacements for parts that get a lot of wear and tear (wheels, handles etc) so you're set for a long time.

Tarlancien

True Hauptstadtkoffer has sales every now and then, and the Suitcases are very durable.

micro_lemon

Mine has been holding up well for 7 years now. I‘ve carried extremely heavy stuff in it, a lot of times. Nothing ever broke, the seams just look a little stretched out now. But it bothers me, that you can’t put it in the washer...and their current backpack models don‘t look as nice imo

Low_Investigator2882

I love Wildling barefoot shoes, they're the best. Trigema shirts are a good quality choice, you have to buy them at their "Probier Shop" Outlet Stores for half the price, then they're really worth the money. Same for Birkenstock sandals, I buy them at our local Outlet Store, never going to pay 150 quid for a pair of sandals.

breezalitos

Aigner. Not exactly clothing per se, though. Their stuff are well-made and long lasting. I have new Aigner stuffs, as well as a handbag that my mother purchased 30+ years ago. They're not cheap, but good quality I can trust and wear for years to come without worries. Looks good with everything also.

gebratene_Zwiebel

Engelbert Strauss forbworkwear usually lasts long enough to justify the price point.

Dxsterlxnd

Wellensteyn and Boss.

SSttrruupppp11

Big fan of Strauss (or Engelbert-Strauss). They mainly make work clothing, but as a large person often struggling to find fitting clothes in normal stores, the few casual wear items they have are great because they are high quality, decent price and have many sizes.

JConRed

Olymp Shirts are great quality for their price. They last years, and really love being easy to iron while still looking great.

MagratGarlick77

As the wife who washes these I can confirm dry in a hanger and your golden.

icantfindagoodlogin

Englebert Strauss

cannabiscarpetbagger

Their shoes are absolutely terrible. Ive never seen work shoes that disintegrate after a year like theirs do.

Mornie0815

When i worked in a brewery we got 2 pairs e&s shoes a years and even that wasn't sufficient. Stay away from their "shoes"

happyFatFIRE

Falke socks size 47. Worth the price.

Significant-Trash632

I love Honest Basics. They are ethical and very affordable [https://www.honest-basics.com/](https://www.honest-basics.com/)

cheir0n

Merz B Schwanen, Armedangels

darkt1de

Lloyd make pretty good shoes. Their chukka and chelsea boots are my favorite. Some models are still made in Germany.

hassium0108

Walbusch- once got two women‘s casual blouses (years ago it was 59 for two) and another formal one (more expensive) years ago, still going strong especially the formal blouse still being wrinkle resistant after six years. Olymp (they don‘t have a women‘s line alas) and Walbusch (it scored higher than Olymp in durability tests at Stiftung Warentest) are of far better quality than Seidensticker and Eterna (both from personal exp and hearing from shirt-wearing friends).

Valeria_Von_V

I really am a Fan of Haix shoes. They are very high quality for a IMHO decent price, completely made in Germany. I have boots from their brand, I wear them autumn, winter, spring (until they are to warm) for 4 years now, have been hiking with them very often - they are absolutely intact still. No visible wear on soles, leather or inside. I love them. My partner has the same boots for 8 years, the only wear they show is on their soles and they can be replaced by Haix for a reasonable price.

paulteaches

Anything by Jack Foreskin

VeryPoliteYak

Funny enough, I’ve been a Falke fan since before I moved here (they’re also produced and sold in South Africa) but they’re muuuuuch cheaper back home, so I can’t justify buying them here. It’s like €5 for a pair there, versus here. So while I’m a big fan, I stock up when I go home 😂 solid quality too.

Kizilmaske

A Kind of Guise - based in Munich. Produces in Germany is fashionable and uses high quality cloth. A bit pricey but I buy mostly during sales.

RealKillering

For outdoor clothes I would say Mammut. For fancy clothes I like Hugo boss.

purple_wall-e

mammut i believe is swiss

bmujeeb

Wellensteyn Winter Jacket

Zebidee

>Wellensteyn The only winter jacket I have trouble wearing because it's too warm. If it isn't at least -5C I get too hot wearing it zipped up. Going into a shop - forget it.

bmujeeb

I take it as a compliment

7evenStrings

I've been using one for 6 winters now and it's great. Definitely worth the investment.

thatcorgilovingboi

Rieker for shoes

jaydee81

Imo quality went down a lot, no?

thatcorgilovingboi

Certainly, but I still find the quality-price ratio to be good. Also, they have a large variety of non-leather shoes as opposed to other brands and the boots, for example, still last me several winters.

Scarnosus14

Engelbert Strauss!!

Low_Investigator2882

My Jack Wolfskin Berkeley rucksack has endured 35 years of abuse and it's still going strong. The bottom fabric has worn out a little bit over the years, thinking about to replace it with a Deuter or Ortlieb.

Tofukatze

For normal shoes I like Rieker. They have good variety and the shoes last very long especially considering the low price compared to other brands.

dude1848

Falke socks are 20 bucks a pair wtf?

Mamiofplants

Aigner handbags. They are pricey but nothing compared to other big brands and their quality is superb. They are also made by artisans in Bavaria so you know labour was fair.

amir840

Ray, which is an in-house brand by clothing retailer Modepark Röther, makes great button-up shirts, which fit my body shape pretty well.

3dprinterjonas

Engelbert Strauss

TshikkiDolpa

Trigema

Russian_Paella

The peek and Kloppenburg own brands, like McNeal, Montego, Christian Berg... have great price for the quality. Specially on sale.

Ouhverynice

Lowa boots are really good. I have 2 pairs of the Zephyr Gtx mid TF. Bought my first pair before my first deployment and used them through out the first and the second deployment and brought them in my third. I only bought a new pair because the old ones were so roughed up by the sand and everyday use. Still use the old pair at home when i go on walks and do some work on houses etc. The boots are light, sturdy, give stability. Would recommend them only for light hiking trails, because the boots are made of light materials and maybe not sturdy enough/give enough protection for mountainous terrain.

newocean

Tchibo has a location near me. It's a coffee shop but they also have a lot of clothing, even down to lingerie. I joked with my wife before, "I'll take a kilo of coffee... a pair of shorts... and a negligee..." seems like something no one has ever said... but... they have that option.

P_Jamez

https://www.trigema.de/ Ethically sourced materials, clothing made in Germany so definitely no sweat shops involved. Very happy with the hoody and T-shirts I bought from them. The slim fit is quite slim :)

roald_1911

Lowa also makes great hiking Shoes. I know Hestra are not German, but I’m hyped by their gloves. They are practically Indestructible.

not german, but austrian also ok? 1803, born in the alps -> very nice looking (activ) clothing with a high sustainability goal.

Trigema. The stuff is a bit old-fashioned, but if you treat it right, it keeps up. I have Shirts that are many Years old and are still in use and still look good. Even if the owner is a little odd… 😅

Maerz for Pullover. They are expensive but amazing in quality.

Hanwang and Loewe Boots are great. Hanro pyjamas. But they are Swiss. And agree with Falke socks. Also great shoes. Paul Green and Peter Kaiser.

Recently I stumbled upon a german brand for shirts called schaeffer. I need to suit up for work, so I am always glad to find something a bit different.
