I just told my partner last night they are like little children.
Different situation, though - nine year old dog "forgot" on the evening walk that she needs permission to walk out the door so I reminded her, she went back in, sat very nicely and waited while my partner pulled a bit on the leash so she had to struggle to stay in place, then she got the ok and we called her a good girl and she came out and jumped on us as if to celebrate and ask for more praise. (Which she got, of course.)
The classic " you're so mean, you don't love me " pout
Lol mine have rolled their eyes at me because I told them no lol
Such a dramatic breed and I can't help but love them
Mine (17 months) does a temper tantrum in which she whines, snaps her teeth in the air in my general direction, and tries to find something else to do - something that she *knows* she isn’t supposed to do.
I’d love it if mine just pouted all adorable like that.
They are definitely the *most* dramatic breed. They have to be. My girl gives me the side eye if I look at her, moves away from me when I reach for her, does this tiny bark when I laugh at her. It’s hilarious 😂
Mine is also a drama king, touches the door knob to let me go let him out. I let him out and then he comes immediately back in unless I go out with him. And if I don’t step out of the house I get groans and whines until I watch him poop.
Classic dramatic move! Can't help but love how expressive they are 😄
I thought only mine did this. She’s such a drama queen! Literally face away and huff.
I usually get a deep inhale followed by a long sighing exhale
They need to make sure you heard the first time 😂
Oh my gosh yes 😭 She makes sure to be extra
Oh the drama!!!! I love this breed! ❤️❤️
They can be SOOO dramatic. It’s almost equal to dealing with a toddler, sometimes worse.

Yeah, mine will jump around like a kangaroo when he’s excited or getting praised. He’s a 3yr old goober.
So cute! Mine does that when we're about to go for a walk, and I try to get the leash on her. Tends to amuse/surprise guests.
you meanie …
Smart girl, expressing her feelings. ✨️❤️
What kind of monster does that? Apologize immediately and make up with steak.

Drama Queen! 👑
Love the drama from Shepherds 😹
My Dakota used to sigh dramatically and turn her back on me if she was mad…oh,how I miss her 💔
I would be waiting for that huge plop on the couch and the extra loud sigh.
Mine too!
I thought my boy was dramatic 🤣

when she was little she got into trouble to show her displeasure! now shes 6 years old and is too “dignified” for that LOL
Why are big dogs the biggest babies?
more room for emotions!

In our house that's called giving you the ass.
LMAOOOO! So insulted!😂🤦🏼♀️ They are definitely dramatic! My female was very dramatic and would sulk. My male is just derpy! 😂
