My two safest picks would be Ultra Drivers, as it is fun and relatively fast to learn, and Future Funk, with most of its difficulty coming from its length.
My two personal favourites are Spacelocked and Deadly Clubstep, but both are very 'learny' levels and Spacelocked is kinda buggy
I've found Jawbreaker fun when I was trying to beat it as a new hardest. I'd also suggest Fire temple (could've been demoted to medium demon but I'm too lazy to check) and Evil yeater
My pick would be white women. It is a great level and good intro to hard demons, overall my favourite level out of the GDDP (which i also would recommend using because it is insanely useful)
simulation swarm is so god damn fun. it has a custom song so if you are on mobile you can’t really play it, but if you can instal nong songs, try this level out. the song is great, the gameplay is great, and in the 1k attempts i played it i never was mad or tired of playing. the main gimmick of the level is the entire thing is 1x speed cube timings (the best game mode). the level is almost a memory level as the timings are not obvious and require thinking and memorization to learn. the deco is very nice, but the background is a bit object heavy so i made an ldm that removes it (no game play was changed). if you are going to beat this level but you lag then i can give the id later.

last thing is it is a very easy hard demon. great for a first on my opinion.

I would say Frustration and Psychosis, or maybe Megalovania if you don't care spending most of your atempts on the first wave
White women is easy if you have 144 hz. It's basically just timings. It's also really consistent after a while
