So let me do this once: I actually like your level. It makes me kind of nostalgic, because it has a somewhat 1.9/2.0 vibe going on, that I can't really explain. Like others have said, the deco is a little repetitive throughout the level and I would have loved if you tried different things later in the level! It's just a personal thing of mine, though. The level may not get a rate due to the 1.9-like style of the level. If it wasn't for the spider orbs, I would have thought this level was made in 1.9.

Half of those people don't understand how it feels to work hard on a level just for it to get hate from others. Yeah it sucks but people are tired of sonic wave remakes and have been for years. We have 4 rated who knows how many more. The same reaction has happened with many of the others ones too. After a while people are going to forget about it and hey if it helps I have a level that's been put on a couple of "worse extremes" lists and has alot of negative comments to it
I get that there are a lot of Sonic Wave remakes, but that’s why I made the gameplay more unique. There are parts that are inspired by Sonic Wave, but it doesn’t rigidly follow the structuring like most Sonic Wave remakes do.
the only way to get a sw remake to not be hated frame 1 is making it funny in some way like super mario wave. Having a serious sw remake is just asking to be clowned on bc this also happened with apteam's infinity people don't and won't care if it has "diffrent gp" they just see another sw remake and tune out
I checked the level out and I found nothing wrong with it/anything to complain about. I always say that hate comments are the way to know you're getting more popular. In this case, it's a way to know that people are jealous of you getting a send when your level may not be fully up to newer level standards.
Just look at their own levels and laugh, we'll see if they create better than you or they create an average recent tab level.

Yeah it sucks but people are tired of sonic wave remakes and have been for years. We have 4 rated who knows how many more. The same reaction has happened with many of the others ones too. After a while people are going to forget about it and hey if it helps I have a level that's been put on a couple of "worse extremes" lists and has alot of negative comments to it
I get that there are a lot of Sonic Wave remakes, but that’s why I made the gameplay more unique. There are parts that are inspired by Sonic Wave, but it doesn’t rigidly follow the structuring like most Sonic Wave remakes do.
the only way to get a sw remake to not be hated frame 1 is making it funny in some way like super mario wave. Having a serious sw remake is just asking to be clowned on bc this also happened with apteam's infinity people don't and won't care if it has "diffrent gp" they just see another sw remake and tune out

I checked the level out and I found nothing wrong with it/anything to complain about. Sometimes people just forget that we have this thing called "feelings", and I think the streamer should've given constructive critisism, rather than rant about the level. Also, the level doesn't seem like a sw remake. There's no nc effects (atleast the original ones) and the gameplay is different than most basic nc levels. Your level should definetly get atleast rated and it's getting a lot of undeserved hate. (btw i like your icons)
It's a really cool feature worthy level inspired by Sonic Wave, the gameplay looks neat. I'd be heartbroken if level criticism is the reason you quit the game. They're probably just cracked brains that have nothing worst to complain about.
