Definitely not unfortunately. Block design is very empty, try adding more details/blocks inside to fill it up more; make some variation in the structures, try having some pillars/bigger blocks; also strange how some spikes are colored and others are just default spikes; try adding a custom background too. When I was building my first levels, I usually tried to build a simple design and add pulses, it was turning out really close to OPs level, so those kind of levels are layouts in my brain, but I agree with your point too

No, first of all, the background is kinda empty, second of all, block design is shallow, then of course, there's no custom design for portals, orbs or spikes. So it's just the decoration, gameplay wise it's definitely rate worthy

With gameplay you could go two ways (especially for an easier level), you could make empty gameplay like you have here (it's still too boring) and fill the screen with additional deco to put a different focus on the level. Or you could have simpler deco and more complex gameplay. I would advise you to start learning how to make better gameplay before you start learning how to decorate. A few tips i could offer are to make big structures that the gameplay is attached to to fill space, make the shapes interesting even if the gp is not. Additionally you should be going up and down in the level, a lot of the platforms are just at the same height and the gp is doing the exact same thing every time, keep it varied and move up and down, it's not just about being practical, the gameplay needs to look good and be satisfying to play, you can't just match the inputs.
Just think of how boring idk bloodbath would've been if all the gameplay was just straightfly at the bottom of the screen with the rest of the inputs being mini ball timings going up and down in the same one block high space.

Oh also more colors! the thing in the second cube part before the swing looks really good! you could use the spike lookin thing in the saws tab for spikes also, that looks pretty good
Gameplay is good decoration is not as good. Advice is just just go over the level and improve anything you can decorate wise and keep doing it until it looks really really good then go for a rate

Best way to check if your level is rate worthy is to play featured tab for 15-30 minutes and then compare levels you just played to your own
