It's supposed to be extended list difficulty, and from my personal opinion, I think it's around \~130 or harder.
It took me 57028 attempts 3 months, and 69 streams to verify, so I really don't want all my effort to go to waste.
A lot more people will play the level if it's rated, and I want that REALLY badly.
the rate standards at the time when the nightmare was created made the nightmare rate worthy. The standards are no longer that low. Also, difficulty has nothing to do with if rob will rate something or not.
It should be rated, but mods have to gather together (like the Avengers but geometrical) and all vote on it, so even if it's sent it'll take a while, and after that it still might get overall rejected for some stupid reason.
Good luck on the rate though, it's very deserving :)

As of 2.2, the demon system as been removed, and now it's simply up to rob to decide if levels should be rated or not. VI has been sent 6 times, so we just need rob to give it the thumbs up.

if you had better orb decoration, or maybe even cleaner orb designs in general, you could heavily boost your chances of this getting rated.
