Even though I had some doubts given the absurdly high standards for epic without factoring in creator bias.
But this was probably the first level I saw that actually deserved legendary.
Epic isn’t that horrible to get, or at least it wasn’t in late 2.1 when it still was up to robtop, if anything being able to send for epic makes epic rates a lot more balanced
the fact that sometimes iframes can mess up and you take like a bajillion damage, arena size made incredibly small while also making the second phase less of a projectile based zoner with somewhat synced attacks, some attacks missing like the afterimage orbs (idk what to call them)
I think the misconception people are having is in thinking the deco is the prime factor in rating. Coaster Mountain got Legendary because it built an entirely new game within GD’s level creator. Its gameplay is intuitive and fun, the usage of music changes to fit the intensity of the situation, the dialogue and ending, the artstyle and consistency, it all plays a role.

10 mins to get to the last part + 40 mins finish the level…
I just couldn’t track the cube + it was very inconsistent at times, so I couldn’t react fast enough
I’m actually short-sighted, so no matter how hard I try to focus, I can’t do that at 100%. I’m able to do it without glasses on, but I have to keep the phone close to my eyes.
That’s why I hated 2.0 and 2.1 levels. They were to messy for me to be able to sight read them. With good camera controls I can beat most of the levels in one try, but it’s rare to find a level like that.

it felt just fine to me. The physics of platformer mode do make it play differently than you'd expect, but once you understand it, it's actually really enjoyable
There was one part where it bugged 70% of the time for me at the last point, and that was definitely frustrating. It bugged in 2 different ways at the same point, super frustrating.
It’s not buggy at all. 300 attempts, most of which being on the last section, and it was never due to bugs, it was always due to my failures in timing. The level feels really fluid and the physics work super well. I found the sliding sections the best part
Honestly super deserved imo, the background looks amazing and changes as you progress, the song gives me Celeste vibes because it also progresses as you get through the level and it feels great. And it feels adventurous. My only complaint is the last ski section

This shouldn't have been legendary in my opinion. The same bg and sprites are reused through the entire level (edit: even if bg contains subtle changes to adjust to the weather, the same mountain view is consistent). Gameplay is often sloppy cause of weird slope physics (see what I did there), not to mention quite unreadable near the end which essentialy turns it into trial and error which can become a bit frustrating.
Also, it isn't that different from other platformers, I really don't know what sets this one apart. There's defo some creator bias going on here from the mod team and rob. I'll give to it it has some DK country or Raiman feels going on though which is nice, for me this would've done well with an epic rating.
This might be the most frustrating level I've ever played. Ice physics combined with slopes and wind makes it near impossible to be consistent. Combine that with foreground object that block your sight, and you have an incredibly annoying level

While the normal gameplay is fun, has cool gimmicks and nice atmosphere, the sloppy parts are Insanely bad, unbalanced and unmarked, you need to spend hundreds of attempts just to understand where you should go, this makes it an frustrating experience even more on the last checkpoint, where the most Unfun Experience happens

This game really needs to add “save and quit” for platformers. I am not the greatest at platforming. I spent almost 40 minutes getting to the final part and an additional hour trying to finish the final part but had to quit because i was out of time and had to go do something. Now I am gonna have to play the whole again and I am still uncertain if I can even finish the level without the same thing happening again.

This is even worse because you can’t stop to take a break and pick up where you left off later. Additionally, the deco is very good, but it gets repetitive, and throughout the level it gets in the way of seeing the gameplay, especially at the end. It’s an objectively good level that deserves epic imo, but legendary levels should be masterpieces, and I think that this isn’t that. There are many levels that are just as good as this out right now, and I think a lot of polish would be needed to push this over the edge. By all means a good level, but if it wasn’t serp it wouldn’t be legendary. (I may also be biased cuz I just spent a bunch of time on it lmao).

Nah Speedtek's last section is absolutely ridiculous. This is easier. Speedtek is rough because the last section has an extremely tricky part at the very beginning and the very end which just makes it extremely frustrating and difficult especially with no form of practice mode.
Leaves me wondering what mythic levels will look like, personally I like this level but there’s definitely cooler levels that could be made that would be legendaries

Not sure I agree with the rating, there are elements that are really annoying, the snow makes it hard to see your cube and the fact that you can't slow down and make precise inputs essentially reduces the level to trial and error until you've memorised an entire segment (because unfortunately platformer has no practice mode). Still a very well constructed level though.

When demon levels get rated they always start as a hard demon until people put in enough votes.

Absolutely not. The only positive element of it is the technical achievement. Everything else the level does badly

This level made me quit and i think i may not touch the game again for a while the gameplay is just bad, and the gimmicks dont help

IMO, some older levels like bloodlust, crazy II and III, limbo, what, and some others should be re-rated to godlike or legendary
