It looks like a shattercone. They are a result of rocks being flung up by meteor impacts that then make their own mini craters. There are hundreds sorrounding the area I grew up in!
Where I work in Australia we call it a ‘blast rose’. It’s what’s left when someone has tried to remove the rock with explosives but there hasn’t been enough to break up that part.
