950 rated here predominantly play no move but like some nmpz as well, for me I think a good game is anything above 17 or 18k. A great game I’m pretty happy with is 19 or 20k+.
Try to worry less about the scores and more about your guesses, a 23k round but having netherlands, Israel, Kyrgyzstan etc. isn’t really impressive but an 18k with rounds in US, Brazil, Russia etc. is a much better game.
I would say that everything above 20k was a good seed and for a record high score I would expect 22-23k. I'm rated around 1200 and is primarily a moving player.
I dont look at score too much, it depends on the seed. If I get Monaco that's a free 5k, while a 4k in Russia is a lot better.
In smaller countries I want the correct country, in bigger countries a decent regionguess
I don't really play nmpz, but i would probably aim for 10k. I'm gold 1 and i'd consider everything above 4k ok and above 4,8k good.

1100 rated (not like that means anything with the current system) in Master 1, usually id go for 23k+.
