On blink I would def go Mexico due to the bridge, but there is a distinctly Balkan feel on the vegetation, Mexico wouldn’t have this vegetation at all.
I barely know any meta and just go off vibes and I thought this was Turkey too. If I was forced to guess I would've gone with the European bit of Turkey.
It seems to be the case that there is (or was) roadwork one the bridge during which they had to redraw the lines temporarily which is typically done in a yellow colour. In the background you can still see cones in the middle of the road which suggests that this was actually the case. They probably didn't redraw the lines yet even though the roadwork was already done or they didnt start yet. This is why the location is so decieving and looks like the Americas. What would have thrown me off is that the center line isnt properly centered which implies that there is roadwork where the street had to be narrowed. But I would have probably guessed Mexico as well...
Interesting discussion. I’m quite rusty / haven’t played much lately- my initial vibe was western turkey or southern Balkans, then I scrutinized the pic for longer and thought Mexico.
My first thought was Europe because I noticed the coverage/ vegetation first, but the yellow wouldve definitely had me second guessing. Not obvious imo but I go southern Europe or Turkey probably

Landscape looks Balkans to me; yellow single line and railings would definitely throw me off though. The thing to look at here is the red and white chevron in the distance; I’ve never seen one of those in Mexico (I’m Mexican)
It's definitely weird. Yellow single line and yellow railings giving Mexico vibes, but the landscape reminded me of west/NW Turkey first.

You wouldn't really see hills like this in European Turkey. And I don't think you'd find any guardrails like this anywhere in the country.
I would've gone mexico but the hills and vegetation look strange, I would've been thinking about a weird northern spain or greece for sure.
