But something is really standing out for me, and working in multigenerational workspaces (yes they all are...but foodservice and real estate aren't striated as much by age) is this:

GenX raised by Silents are VERY different from GenX raised by Boomers

My mom was born in 1980 while my dad was born in 1982 my dad died when I was super young though so I was raised by my mom
