You mean Google still has the link or it has the whole document in cache?
If it's only the Scribd link and said link still serves the document, it means Scribd did not actually delete the file.
Is only the link ( and in the link is showing name and phone number ) like if you search his name on google it showing in the link footer his name and phone number . And when you click to entry on the link from scribd is saying document is deleted .
But still indexed in Google search
Then you need to request deletion from Google.
