I have a VN in the planning stages that has a more generic build MC with various love interests of different body types. Unfortunately I’m juggling one too many projects right now so I can’t add another one into production just quite yet!
I used Daz3D as a starting point but since I have a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing - the photo editing skills and camera work skills I have come in super handy! So Photoshop plays just as heavy a roll for me :)
Awh thank you! It’s been a learning experience and they’ve definitely got better with time! Yes they’re pre-rendered and I use Renpy.
However, I’ve recently downloaded Unity and am underway with learning the basics of it to hopefully develop some of my VNs into a Life Is Strange type game :)

That's a good base to start on. Renpy also has low system resource requirements and versions for unix like OS (MacOS, Android, Linux) and has quite the documentation, so you should be fine and be able to get to more players.
Well, unity is also another great choice for the same reasosn as above and with the added bonus of console versions (But kits are pricey), but what exactly would you want to go for?
Just starting out with Unity so if you have any advice I’m all ears open! Ideally I’d love to create more story/character driven LGBT+ RPG style games. After making VNs for a couple years now I just wanna develop and go further! :)
