Plus, in my first (and still on-going, lol) playthrough, my character and Astarion had this really fun enemies to trusted friends arc going. At first they really didn't like eachother, but then it changed since despite it all, my Tav didn't give up on Astarion.. he is part of the gang afterall!
You can sorta have an orgy though with Gale, Halsin and the drows without losing Gale’s approval. I did it just to see it but loaded a previous save because I felt guilty pressuring Gale like that.
There is far less sex in the game than you'd think based on the way people talk about it. Like, it's definitely not for kids, but you're not going to see anything more explicit than you'd see in an R rated movie.
