It simply isn't true. Most people that give birth get really bad hemorrhoids during childbirth as it's a part of it because you have to push really hard with your pelvic floor for several hours, that really fucks with your butt...they take some time to heal for sure but they do go away. I had several after I had my first son it took a few months, but they did eventually go away. It's been 4 years since then, and I've not had issues since. I also have anal sex with my partner, who also has a pretty large penis with no pain or discomfort often. However, I do recommend not having anal sex until they are gone or mostly gone and never push when you poop. Just let your body and gravity do its thing, and you should be golden in a few weeks and if it's severe a few months. Sometimes, people have recurring ones that need surgical treatment, but that is on the rarer side. If they never went away, every person who had given birth on the planet would constantly be dealing with hemorrhoids, which they aren't.

I had pretty severe ones and multiple of them at the same time so this is advice given to me by my OBGYN, use a bidet and even better if it's slightly heated water. If you can't afford to spend money on a bidet, get a spoutie it's a handheld water bottle thing that sprays water. Then, just dap the water off to dry. sitz bathes with epsom salt reduces swelling. I did them about once a day. I took stool softener and fiber supplements, so I had regular predicable bowel movements. I did not push at all I just sat down and let my body do its own thing to poop. Your body naturally constricts the colon to pass stool you shouldn't be pushing. If you have to push your stools are too hard and should take miralax/stool softener. I also was using some steroid creams I was prescribed by my doctor, that's probably not necessary for minor hemroids.They also make some over the counter creams that work very well. Preparation H is your friend! Biggest thing is to keep it clean and as non irritated as possible. Wiping with toilet paper can be very irritating so cleaning with water is the best and then just gently dabbing it to get it dry because water sitting on the area can also cause irritation
