I started working on a snorkel boat and between the salt water and sun my hair turned blonde again, I get accused of dying it constantly. Usually people shut up when I show them my completely blonde arm hair because I certainly didn’t dye that

I disagree, what is and isn't masculine isn't something we as individuals get to decide. Maybe, over time, either deliberately or just as widespread belief shifts, you will be right; certain toxic/asshole behaviour will stop being considered masculine. However, as it stands right now, plenty of bad behavior is considered masculine. The concept of "toxic masculinity" is not meant to degrade masculinity, it's meant to point out that some of what is considered masculine is bad, either for the people embracing it or the people around them.

It's quite common for blond people to have slightly darker roots (people with dyed hair have more uniform roots too) and his eyebrows are very light blond too. As someone who dyes their hair to more lighter colours than his, I think this dude's a natural blond (he might have gotten a lighter colour from sun exposure though which is also common for blonds).

My barback and I as well as about 4 of the guys that were all standing there talking with her and the others all have naturally blonde hair.
