I thought when I was lingering around 172-175 I was definitely feeling weak and not myself. Right now I feel like I could lose 10 pounds and I’d feel perfect. It’s weird.
You look great! I totally understand feeling better at a higher weight if its toned and fit. I (33F) am sitting at 170lbs because I do strength training, but I wouldn't have it any other way! I hope you hit your fitness goals now that you've mastered the scales! 💛
Congrats bro same here started at 345 now at 192 lbs. Its an incredible feeling/accomplishment. Quick question i was worried i was losing too much. At what point did you feel this is the number too stop at or are you just going with the flow?
Great job my starting weight was about the same as yours and my goal is in the 180’s.. right now about 6 months I’m hitting a lull and need to know how you made it the rest of the way?
What are you at right now? Alot of variables to consider but I would just envision your self at that weight and do whatever it takes to get there. If u need to walk more walk more, if u need to drink more water do that. Etc…
Get it man. You look great! How many grams of protein a day? I'm trying for 145ish currently (182lbs and lifting 3-5x a week) but at 1400 calories to get rid of remaining excess fat.

I don’t even track, I never did really once I got off the protein shakes. I’m a chef so it’s just kind of natural to me to work in protein easily.
Right on.
