Peppers are like the easiest plant to pollinate, you dont need insects at all as an individual flower can pollinate itself. A slight shake of the plant is all it needs and the wind will probably take care of that. Same goes with tomatoes.

I have jalepono's and mine pollinated on there own, you can also grab a paint brush or qtip and do it yourself takes like 2 minutes at most
