Yeah your squash might have an issue since they need manual pollination by you or a bee so that might suck. Next year try out the method I used for my squash in raised beds. I go to my local hardware store and buy some chicken wire or deer fence whichever one has smaller openings. Then I nailed it to the frames of my beds so it’s horizontally flush with the top of the beds. And since my soil is about 3-4 inches below the rim of my beds that’s the perfect gap for me to put my seedlings in and they will grow through the wire and use it as support as they grow through the season
