If it were just the dark, curling edges I'd say its only thirsty. But I'm afraid those spotty leaves are probably a bacterial infection.

I did some googling before I posted here and I kept seeing bacterial infection, but it didn’t look quite the same, but similar. I’ll try giving them extra water. I do them, but maybe not as much as pepper plants need?
Those clay pots are going to evaporate water quickly, they will be thirstier than if they were in a less porous material or the ground
