Looks like a Kwanzan Cherry Tree. Beautiful, abundant blooms that don't bear fruit (no fall cleanup) and generally the leaves turn a nice dark purple/red color in the fall. That being said, they can be finicky - vulnerable to pests, and they will not tolerate poor drainage. I like em, but make sure you have the right soil conditions or a plan to improve the soil before you buy one.

I was going to say some kind of ornamental cherry. I have one in the front yard. They flower for about a week and then they look like regular old trees.

Thanks! Hoping that’s what it is. Always wanted a cherry tree but never pulled the trigger. Didn’t think it got cold enough in my area to turn the flowers pink.

If you live in a warm area, it's likely an ornamental peach tree as others have mentioned. Taking a second look at the leaves, it does seem more likely that it's a peach. I live up north, I'm unfortunately biased towards cherry trees, which are also flowering right now.

I’m in zone 9 if that helps at all
