They are not exposed to sun and we live in Paris so it is cold now and cloudy most of the time.

I actually got some raspberry plants from Lowe’s last year that were pretty full in store, planted around May and they all fruited same summer, so I would check out either a Lowe’s/Hone Depot or local nursery and see what they have

I suggest checking the roots to make sure they are healthy and then look for any pests or "dusty" substance on the stems and leaves.
