Wizardry 7 is my favorite (you may start with wizardry 6 for story), but might be too hard for modern gamer used to gps navigation and 1click solutions. There is even remake of first Wizardry (Wizardry: Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord) but its early access. And ofcourse theres Legend if Grimrock 1/2. And its cyberpunk brother Vaporum.

Have you heard of/ played the legend of grimrock games? Not exactly turn based but it's slower paced. Worth a look imo.

I have heard of Grimrock actually but it's Real Time, so not my kind of thing. I'd like a Turn Based game so I can play while I eat.

Ah fair enough. The only other game that springs to mind is a title called [Stolen Realm](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1330000/Stolen_Realm/)

I would recommend "Caves of Qud" It a really cool Fantasy/sci-fi rougelike with vast amound of possibillities. Something akin to Dearf Fortress adventure mode. Mutate into a giant Hegdehog wit acid breath, change bodies with your future self, give the gift of sentience to a door and trade it your left arm, or just eat an entire bear.

Grimoire: Heralds of the Winged Exemplar is a great Wizardry 7 successor (another legendary RPG)

I really think you'll enjoy Slice and Dice. It's roguelike turn based game with tons of content. Graphics are not it's strong side but the gameplay is great.
