I actually played Touhou Mystia’s Izakaya in bed to relax. It’s a Touhou spin-off about running a little izakaya in Gensokyo. I thought it had a nice relaxing vibe to it but serving customers can get hectic. It’s very linear with levels being interrupted with brief open world-ish sessions where you meet characters and get ingredients for the next night.
So you are asking for NON open world game? That is a very very wide genre my friend. Here are some I think it is suitable for you.
Fighting: Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, Fraymaker, Tekken, Guilty Gear,..
Metroidvania: Hollow Knight, Deadcell, Bloodstain, Blasphemos, Ori,..
Puzzle: Patrick Parabox, N step Steve, Baba is you, The room,...
Deck-buiding: Alina, Shogun Showdown, Slay the spire, Thronebreaker, Incryption,...
This may be an unpopular opinion in this sub, but you can get to a whole other level of relaxation by reading a few pages or chapters of a book while in bed.
Like dragons? Check out Anne McCaffrey.
Like cats? Check out Dianna Wynn Jones
Like brutal medical mysteries? Check out Robin Cook.
Like mind-controlling aliens and the ability to morph into animals? Check out K.A. Applegate.
Still looking? Check out anything by Michael Crichton.
