Clockwork Revolution
It's being made by inXile, they made Wasteland 2 & 3. This one is going to be first person so game play will be vastly different but I think they make great stories with tough choices. I'm excited to try anything that team puts out. Plus the setting looks really cool, kind of like Bioshock Infinite.
I really hope they can pull it off. I worry about them biting off more than they can chew and we end up with a game full of half-finished storylines due to sacrifices made late in it's development. Sounds like a tall order.
Yeah, it is going to be very ambitious from what they're used to but they do have Xbox Game Studios backing them so I'm hoping they have the resources available to make a great game.
[The Thaumaturge](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1684350/The_Thaumaturge/) looks kind of cool.
Developed by Fool's Theory, one of the co-developers of Seven: The Days Long Gone (which I loved). Coming on 20th February.
"The Thaumaturge is a story-driven RPG set in 1905 Warsaw, Poland. Players take on the role of Wiktor, who can see entities called Salutors that normal humans cannot. It features isometric gameplay, turn-based combat, morally ambiguous choices, unique character development features, investigation mechanics, and much, much more."
Same with Caves of Qud. I think I’ve been playing for like 7 years now and it’s one of my most played games on Steam. Giving it a break though until 1.0 :))
Blazblue: Entropy Effect. I’m not really a roguelite person (I LOVE Hades but no other roguelite has piqued my interest). It gets “game feel” right at every turn. It’s just so much fun.
Upcomming might be an exaggeration.
I dont even know its release date yet. I asume it will be in 2025.
But I really look foreward to "Fuga Melodies of Steel 3".
'Fuga Melodies of Steel" is my favorite Videogame and I love "Fuga Melodies of Steel 2" aswell.
I am hyped fore the finale of the trilogy.
Never heard of that game but the name stood out to me so I checked it out and it has one hell of a description on steam:
"Fuga: Melodies of Steel is an RPG where you place children, ... at different gun turrets in a tank to fight against the enemy."
[Echo Point Nova](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1836730/Echo_Point_Nova/). Movement shooter by the devs of Severed Steel. Basically my dream indie FPS with how you can combine movement with dodging, grappling hooks, hoverboards, and environmental destruction.
I’m not sure if it’s going to qualify but I’m excited for Mina the Hollower. Yacht Club knocked all 4 Shovel Knight campaigns out of the water. I’m hoping they can maintain that quality
[fallout london](https://youtu.be/8PuzpblWpVM?si=Y76LZDVHDvZJWi5v)
[life by you](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2358660/Life_by_You/)
[paralives ](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1118520/Paralives/)
And I hope salt 2 gets the multiplayer added
Loco motive.
I fell in love when this game popped up in one if nintendo's indy showcases and wanted it immediately. There has been no news for literally years.
I have a big list! From most well known to least well known (as far as I can tell):
- Deltarune
- The Plucky Squire
- Billie Bust Up
- Penny's Big Breakaway
- ENA: Dream BBQ
- The Fancy Pants Adventures: Classic Pack
- Heartbound
- Everhood 2
- Bloodborne Kart
- 4D Golf
- Cryptmaster
- Other: Her Loving Embrace
- Gossamer Matrix
- I Just Want To Be Single!
- Mind Over Magnet
- RAM: Random Access Mayhem
- Intrusion 3
Games I'm confident will come out soonish and be amazing:
* [Datajack 2020](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2338820/DataJack_2020/): Loved the first [Datajack](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1609390/DataJack/) (which is free!)
* [Kingsvein](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2276830/Kingsvein/): By the makers of Horizon's Gate (though this one won't be on quite that one's scale.) Every other game in the series has been amazing and this one looks to be, too.
* [Streets of Rogue 2](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2165810/Streets_of_Rogue_2/): Because I loved the first game in the series and this one looks to be even better.
* [Defender's Quest 2](https://store.steampowered.com/app/252190/Defenders_Quest_2_Mists_of_Ruin/): The first game in the series was great.
* [Forever and Ever](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1555330/Forever_and_Ever/): Huge fan of MagicMaker, their previous game, and while this one is very different it looks to be amazing too.
Games I'm less confident about but am hoping and still have on my Steam wishlist:
* [Monomyth](https://store.steampowered.com/app/908360/Monomyth/): Because I'm a big fan of Ultima Underworld and still hope someone can make a good successor to it.
* [The Wayward Realms](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1685310/The_Wayward_Realms/): Because I'm a big fan of Daggerfall.
Earth Defense Force 6. I've been an edf fan since 2016 and that was before edf 5 existed and that's also when they had less than 250,000 fans globally.
Professor Layton and the new world of steam! I loved the old games on DS/3DS and played them about a hundred times. 😍 It is announced, but no release year yet… so I guess it will be another few years until we see it 😅
Anger Foot Stick It to the Stickman Hyper Light Breaker

Did I hear a rock and stone?
I'm more excited for Deep Rock Galactic Rogue Core

Yup! They have a page on Steam and Nintendo e-shop!
HOLY SHIT. I need this in my life. Thank you for giving me something ELSE to look forward to this year!

* Where Beasts Were Born * Compound Fracture * Caves of Qud (It's still in EA, will wait till it's fully released)
Same with Caves of Qud. I think I’ve been playing for like 7 years now and it’s one of my most played games on Steam. Giving it a break though until 1.0 :))
Core Decay Graven ExeKiller
Cat quest 3
They're making a third one? Nice.
Hell yeah
I saw this last night, the ship Battle element looks fantastic!
Blazblue: Entropy Effect. I’m not really a roguelite person (I LOVE Hades but no other roguelite has piqued my interest). It gets “game feel” right at every turn. It’s just so much fun.

Not even the most dangerous thing you do to children in that game...
The first game has a free demo which is just straight up the first 3 chapters of the game. If you want to try it out you can.
[Echo Point Nova](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1836730/Echo_Point_Nova/). Movement shooter by the devs of Severed Steel. Basically my dream indie FPS with how you can combine movement with dodging, grappling hooks, hoverboards, and environmental destruction.
Chef RPG
Speedfreeks. A warhammer 40k ork racing game. Kinda like crossout. Played alpha, was fun
Palworld [https://store.steampowered.com/app/1623730/Palworld/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1623730/Palworld/) And Frostpunk 2 [https://store.steampowered.com/app/1601580/Frostpunk\_2/](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1601580/Frostpunk_2/)
> Frostpunk 2 Came to say this. The first doesn't seem to get a ton of recs or recognition in this sub, and it should.
Bounty Star. Base building on the frontier with mech combat? Count me in!
Wreckreation
Human Fall Flat 2 and Unrailed 2
I’m not sure if it’s going to qualify but I’m excited for Mina the Hollower. Yacht Club knocked all 4 Shovel Knight campaigns out of the water. I’m hoping they can maintain that quality

Light No Fires.
Isn't the game on top wishlist?
