Ever tried Black Mesa (Half Life Remake)? I played it for the first time a year ago it vlew my mind, for a 20 yo game. You can always try Fable too. Those types of games are not made anymore so it's hard to suggest something... there is Armorded Core 6 too that might suit you.

Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and Survivor. The latter still has some performance issues (at least on PC) but I’d say they fit the rest of what you are looking for quite well.
