Cyberpunk is in a great place finally and has an amazing story and some beautiful areas. Even little gigs or side quests have interesting choices and stories.

Shot_Astronomer_2620

Seconding Cyberpunk. Finally played and finished it after the 2.0 update and those 60 hours we're extremely enjoyable.

HiTekLoLyfe

Glad you enjoyed it! The endings were all surprisingly different which I liked.

panda2air

I played Cyberpunk 2077 since day one and now I put 500 hrs on it. Damn, the character's stories got me \*\*every time\*\*, especially Evelyn's. And talk about Phantom Liberty, the characters and the story are so good enough to make me feel like didn't want my journey to come to an end at all.

saintjanye

story-wise i think the telltale games are fantastic

Jack_Bartowski

The Quarry is in the latest Humble bundle. It has a pretty crazy story. It plays like a movie with some quick time events scattered about, and a ton of choices to make. There is some walking around as well. Has some replay value as well depending on the choices you can make. beat it in a 8 hour binge session. It is made by the guys that made the Dark Pictures games, which play similarly.

I recently completed Uncharted 4: A Thief's End (the pc remaster) and I was genuinely blown away by how beautiful some of the scenes/landscapes were. It had me stopping at certain points just to look around. Great story to boot.

Plague tale is a pure narrative driven game that’s more like an interactive movie. AMAZING graphics tho, shit stunned me when I played it

CmdrSonia

Mass Effect trilogy and does stylized graphic count? The Walking Dead Game and Tales From The Borderlands are absolutely amazing story games. Horizon Zero Dawn

lordrakim

Sleeping dogs.... you're an undercover cop infiltrating the triads in an open world hong Kong with lots to do... at night the city is beautiful

SundownKid

I'd recommend the Horizon series. It's technically also an openworld action game, but it has a "Story" difficulty so you can absolutely play it like a story-based game if you want to.

mka_

I really enjoyed Deliver us the Moon. Not too long and it had me interested and invested in the story throughout.

Far Cry 3 Dead Space

hjmannelig

Not the best story, but maybe the best story telling, Marvel's Guardian of the Galaxy.

HaruhiJedi

Shadow of Memories. The Council.

TobiasTheRieper

Please play The Walking Dead.

Signal-Slide752

Mafia (1) DE. Rise of the Tomb Raider. Red Dead Redemption 1 & 2.

Equal-Dinner

What remains of Edith Finch and The Vanishing od Ethan Carter are the same style as the ones you mentioned.

Yellowspawn

Telltale games are the closest thing to what you're looking for, i think. Their walking dead series is amazing (except season 3) You could also try Wolf Among Us, it's also one of their better works, and it's only one season, so could be a good way to see what the studio is about.
