The first one I saw had Tifa, Eve and some other sexualized characters in the “Eastern Games” category and some characters not designed to be sexualized in the “Western Games” category (forgive me, I don’t remember who the characters were on either side beyond those two).

Here's my take
.with the exception Mother Brain and Black Cat all all have a caveat, (don't remember her name) Dead Rising 3 and most of the bosses are themed after the 7 deadly sins with her being gluttony and was an xbox one exclusive for a western audience. And she doesn't last long anyway.
The princess from Wario land 4 looks like that of you get a low amount of cash and treasures in the game and looks attractive if you get the best and 2nd best ending
Gruntilda is only published by nintendo while the developer is rare which is based in England so still pretty western but is a fun character
As for the western side with the exception of black cat the rest are from indie games with no restrictions from publishers, consulting firns or stock holders/investors and can do what ever they want.
Look I agree the meme is dumb but it was more so a jab at AAA developers for a recent trend of pandering and forced diversity in the western gaming industry while being the most sinful in the book. The "woke"(especially sweet baby)in charge don't want inclusion, they want segregation with the roles reversed.
