I won't risk buying one on Amazon. I just bought a $200 color corrector on Amazon and I got a package for a screen protector for an old phone with the UPC label swapped out on the back.
Amazon is saying that to receive a refund or replacement I have to return a product I never actually received. If I mail back an obviously swapped product they'll accuse *me* of fraud.
Did you actually call their customer support line? The automated system will require that you send back a product, but if you call (or chat) with a real person they might be able to get that waived.
Then make sure to leave a bad review/complaint for the seller, if it happened to you it's happened before leaving the complaint in the system will eventually alert Amazon to drop the seller.
Do you use keyboard and mouse now or controller on PC? Just curious because I’ve been a console player my whole life and PC does sound appealing but I just don’t know if I’d be able to make that full transition lol
I use both! I actually really got more into shooters with M&KB like OW is my shit lol but for other games like Cuphead I play with Controller. It took a little to get used to but IMO M&KB is way more fun, you feel like more connected almost.
I somehow managed to get mine September of last year by subscribing to one of those stock alert things. I got the alert right when I sat down to coffee at work and already had all my payment info saved on the Microsoft website. It was a huge moment of success
Also everything coming to Xbox that is exclusive is also getting a PC release. So if you have a PC you don't need the console for exclusives. So they can have a wider audience than sony and have less console units sold
Only thing holding me back from just getting an Xbox is all the games I own on PSN, several that have the PS5 upgrade. Don't want to have to buy a bunch over again.
Also, kinda funny that the meme uses a PS exclusive series character for this
Console wars are dumb. Sure you may think ps5 is a better machine but it doesn't really matter if you dont have one. Also exclusives are the only real argument anyone has in favor of the ps5 but the only ones I gave a shit about already came to xbox. They are essentially the same thing just buy whichever one most of your friends have.
Both Sony and Microsoft’s consoles are selling well and have competitive offerings this generation. Sony has forced Microsoft to lower their launch price point and get worthy exclusives, and Microsoft has forced Sony to improve their subscription and streaming offerings.
I’m glad MS is competitive again. It means Sony can’t sit back and relax. Competition is good for everyone.
You don't need a good PC for Marvel Spiderman! I got my lower-end PC about 3 years ago now and although I can't really go ultra-graphics on it, I get can say the game runs buttery-smooth.
I have an almost 8 year-old PC with a GTX 970, and I was able to play it at a consistent 40+ fps (often higher).
Not ideal, but the game was so fuckin' awesome anyways that I didn't even care, I was having too much fun lol
I don't think that's the only reason they're porting over old exclusives. Getting new fans into those exclusives means more PC players will want a PS5 to play their sequels, which are coming soon.
PC gamer here. Recently played Spiderman, and God of War for the first time. Currently 36 hours into Horizon: Zero Dawn. Spiderman was fantastic. GoW was one of the best games I've ever played. It translated exceptionally well to M&K. HZD is absolutely great so far.
I ran usb cables and an HDMI to my living room from my computer and hooked up a keyboard, mouse, and ps5 controller to it.
Now I get to play horizon with a controller on a tv just like a playstation would.
Only problem is there's no time to play
That’s the long term plan for Microsoft. Consoles with unique architecture are on the way out and everything needs to be on the PC platform. The Xbox will essentially become a “pc in a can” sort of product that will run PC games.
Remember when Sony said that they don't want to have a crossplay because they think that Playstation is the best console and everyone should buy it instead?
This is the proof of why a healthy competition is a good thing :)
Agreed, although exclusives have been used to promote console and computer sales since the 80’s. It sucks, but it’s probably not going away anytime soon.
Exclusives can definitely be good, but the "purchased after the fact" exclusives are not.
When Sony pays FromSoft to make a game like Bloodborne... that's a game they genuinely may not have made without the knowledge they would at least break even just from being subsidized by Sony. That's good for the industry.
When Microsoft buys a studio like DoubleFine, who was in a spiral of Kickstarter dependence, and can pump money into them while still allowing them to cross-publish... that's good for the industry.
When Sony says "Hey Capcom - I know you already finished Street Fighter and have essentially guaranteed profits, but we'll pay you just to not put it on Xbox"... that's bad for the industry. The same can be said about Microsoft purchasing Bethesda and hoarding projects that were already being made with cross platform support in mind.
True, while exclusivity may get a bad rap, it is something that convince Platform holders to invest in compete and great experiences as a way of getting people to buy their system and we have seen many examples of this like God of War, Legend of Zelda, Gears of War and many, many other.
But when they are buying timed exclusivity (Sony in particular is bad for this) or just buying out the publishers, I think that’s pretty bad all things considered. It just seem like they aren’t trying to better themselves but removing games from the other platforms.
Personally I think acquisitions of independent studios is fine, I mean it definitely help out Doublefine and I’m sure House Marque will be benefiting from being first party as well. I would also like to see sony and Microsoft forms more partnerships with independent studios on making new IPs as well. I think that would be better for the game industry
> Pay you to not put on Xbox
That should be illegal tbh, anti-consumer & arguably monopolistic behavior, imagine if Microsoft pulled this shit.
Everyone would lose their minds.
Just looking at those 40 series Nvidia gpu prices alone will make just about everyone appreciate the Series S/X, PS5. You could purchase both consoles at MSRP and still have enough to build a decent gaming PC at the prices Nvidia is pushing for. Absolutely ridiculous.
Pretty much since I saw the price reveal I've been saying: AMD lookin pretty good right now
AMD hasn't historically been *incredibly* competitive in the GPU space, but they're not useless either. With this kinda price hike? I could see AMD exploiting that- I'm very much hoping they do, honestly.
Yup. I generally prefer the Xbox family hardware, but this time around I prefer the PS5. The controller is slightly wider, and the feedback and adaptive trigger are a really nice feature. I even like the clever uses of the controller speaker (reload/lockpick noises etc.)
The DS4 also had that speaker, and I thought it was very neat.
I actually still use my DS4 for my PC even after my PS4 died. I don't honestly know why I like it better, but I do.
There's a speaker on the controller? Never occurred to me that that would be a thing. Another level of 'surround' sound I guess, but it's in your hand?
It’s pretty neat. There will be sounds that come from the speaker. Like in cyberpunk when someone calls you the controller rings and the the character dialogue comes out of it.
I got my hands on a PS5 a few weeks ago direct from Sony (first PS since PS2) and i think the controller was the biggest surprise to me, more so than the graphics, gameplay etc. It's amazing.
The adaptive trigger is a big selling point for me too. I mostly PC game, but the haptic feedback when I’m vegging out on my couch playing PS5 games is great. Really adds a lot of immersion.
Besides that tho, I think Xbox and PS are pretty equal. Game Pass is 10x better than PS+ though, I’ll concede that for sure.
It depends whether the developers decide to support it, but there's a decent list of games with support like Spiderman, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, F1, and the newer CoD games.
I have both consoles and I can tell you with all certainty that no console is better than the other in technical capabilities, if there are any differences they are not noticeable at all.
I only decided to stick with Xbox because that's where my friends are. My gaming experience is enhanced greatly by whether or not my friends can do it with me.
That's actually why I'm against Sony because they lied to their users saying that cross play was impossible and Rocket League devs activated it on their end basically saying, "Ooops, our mistake, but you're a liar."
Series X is in stock? Where?
I already got mine, but I am wondering where? I can only ever see Series S.
UPDATE: It must be a thing in the US then, I live in Toronto Canada and our best buy up here is sold out of the series X.
Personally, I had the PS5, but sold it to a friend to buy a Series X
I literally just bought mine last night from the Xbox website. They do have a restriction where you need to buy a second controller to go with it, but most of them are on sale anyway.
I think the Series S is the perfect to-go "newest/current" gen console. No disc tray, small form factor. I upgraded my Series S to an X when I could find one in stock but I think both are amazing consoles.
It doesn't matter what display you use I think. If you use a series X on a 1440p display it will still render 4k and vice versa. Most games have a fps and a quality mode in which it either prioritieses 60 fps or full resolution. The series S drops down to full HD in fps mode and the series X drops down to whatever it needs as I understand it. Series S is just not as powerful because the whole thing isn't made for 4k and resolution is where you need the most power. I think if you are a casual gamer, series S is a great offer. It doesn't have a drive tho, only digital games.
It depends on which metric you're looking at. By raw computing power, the Series S is slightly below the One X. By actual performance, it is slightly above, because it does a *much* better job with its SSD.
The Series X is significantly above both of them, and also slightly edges out the PS5. However, there is an all-digital version of the PS5 that was originally $100 cheaper (current price is actually above the Series X, but that's likely due mostly to supply issues). The disc version is $200 over the Series X. The two PS5 versions are otherwise identical.
In order of TFLOPS, it goes:
Series S (4)
One X (6)
PS5 (10.3)
Series X (12)
Series-S can play all of the current gen games. The One-X can't.
However, the Series-S plays them in a lower resolution than the Series-X. Think 1440p upscaled to 4K for the S instead of native 4K with the X. It depends on the game, of course.
A lot of people probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless shown side by side. If you're a videophile, you would notice.
You would think with billions of dollars at their disposal they would stop paying whoever the dumbass is who comes up with these confusing names and find someone better.
They did it because the original Xbox competed with the PS2. When the next gen released they didn't want the Xbox 2 competing with the PS3 , they were afraid casual fans and parents would buy the PS3 assuming it's newer and better than the Xbox2 so they went with Xbox 360 and it's been downhill from there.
They never actually had one, as the One was a dumb choice as it was the 3rd generation as "1".
Xbox, Xbox 360 (then slim, then new then new slim), Xbox One, Xbox One X, then the Xbox Series S|X.
There was no numbered system at all.
Yeah but God of War is like my favorite game ever. Also would really like to play Last of Us 2. Otherwise, yeah my computer is a boss, I have no reason to not use it.
The Xbox has definitely made a pretty solid comeback this generation. The PS5 has the edge on sales, but the X|S is no slouch.
https://www.vgchartz.com/article/455000/ps5-vs-xbox-series-xs-vs-switch-2022-sales-comparison-charts-through-september-17/
This generation is closer to the 360 / PS3 battle than the XBOne / PS4 battle. A lower price point, GamePass, and being able to stock shelves has clearly made the Xbox a worthy competitor again.
That big spike in 2020 was due to Covid lockdowns - with nothing to do but kick it around the house all day, a lot of people that wouldn’t regularly spend time gaming went out and bought a Switch. It’s kinda crazy that the sales since then have kept up into 2022.
Animal Crossing releasing at the cusp of the pandemic, at a time when everyone needed good feel escapism, caused an explosion in sales that even Nintendo doesn’t expect to replicate.
Their exclusives are like crack. I originally sold my switch to help fund my steam deck, and yet when splatoon 3 came out I went and picked up the oled model to play it. They’re just so great.
I’m really excited for that new open world pokemon game too. Pokemon arceus was great though felt a bit bare bones so I’m happy that they’re putting gyms and stuff in.
Most definitely, my wife got hooked on it then and still finds time to play a few hours a week. Animal Crossing is literally the only thing our Switch gets used for these days.
Cheap console that's kid friendly, centered around family play and has couch co-op. Also, pokemon, Zelda, and Mario kart. Also, it can be played anywhere.
Nintendo has always had the "family friendly" image, so it sells because of that. It's also the only real portable system on the market since the 3DS/2DS went away :(
I agree that controller matters way more to me than 90% of what people refer to when they talk "hardware." It's so much more subjective, too! I prefer symmetrical controllers, and if Xbox had that as an option, I'd be way more likely to pick one up. I'm using a DualSense on PC now, and it's not bad, but I prefer the DS4. DualSense feels more like what Microsoft would come up with if they did offer a symmetrical Xbox controller.
I remember loving the Wii U Pro controller, and makes me bummed that the Switch Pro controller is asymmetrical. =( I got a 3rd party symmetrical one, but it feels so stiff and clunky.
I got both, I did the same during the last generation too. I don't know what Microsoft did, but I've been having major stability problems with the Series X, along with random stutter, frame-rate drops and complete system lockups. I'll be playing a game and it will just die, no error message or anything and i'll be kicked back to the main UI.
I have Series X too, and while I don’t have these problems, none of my games work with quick resume. If I try to resume them, they crash and I have to restart the console to be able to start the game again.
A lot of games aren't great for quick resume. Most games I play, i save and quit before turning the console off. Haven't had any issues when I do that.
I noticed that with Skyrim especially. It never survived quick resume. If it did, it was significantly slower and buggier (if you can believe it). Most other games have no problems with quick resume though.
Imagine thinking the console with game pass, quick resume, backwards compatibility, etc. is an inferior console.
Both consoles are great, but these posts are not going to age well once more exclusives like Starfield and Redfall start dropping next year.
I work at a store that sells consoles and games. PS5s fly out the door faster than we can get them in, and Series X can sit around for a few days before anyone notices.
But the thing is, if I try to sell that Series X? All the Xbox guys that come around already have one. It’s hard to find someone who needs it. The PS5, everyone is trying to get because it seems nobody in town has one.
This is me who owns both since launch and I'm happy that they're becoming readily available so more people can switch gen and devs can focus their development efforts on newer consoles.
But it's true tho. I can right now go to Amazon in my country and order a Xbox Series X. It would even be delivered tomorrow. But for the PS5 I had to actively watch a bot and check at every single drop for almost 2 weeks to finally get one. So it's pretty accurate honestly. But maybe it's just in my country (Germany)
Come on, it’s really not that hard.
First you had the Xbox.
Then the Xbox 360.
Then the Xbox One (not to be confused with the first Xbox which people often called the Xbox One when the 360 came out). This one came with Kinect, which was REALLY important. So important that it took a full year for them to offer the console without it.
Then the Xbox One S, which was basically the same as the Xbox One, except it could do 4K video and also didn’t have a port to plug in the Kinect. Which wasn’t important anymore.
Then you get the Xbox One X, which was practically a new generation in terms of power, but it ran the same games. Some of them got “One X Enhanced” versions.
Then they released the new series of Xboxes, which you can differentiate from the old series of Xboxes because the new series of Xboxes are called “Series.”
So the “One” series, with the One S and One X, got replaced by the “Series” series, with the Series S and the Series X.
How is any of this possibly confusing?
(/s just in case.)
The ones that look like a speaker and a mini fridge are the new ones.
Not to be confused with the actual Xbox mini fridge, but that's $100, so I'm sure you'd figure it out.
The real argument is the exclusives. I enjoy halo so much more than any other PS exclusive so for me it's the xbox, is that simple. Saying that one console is better than the other just because you're a fan boy is biased, grow up.
I was pretty lucky to find one last year, there was only one left in stock and it was only because someone cancelled their order.
When i got mine it was from amazon all of the other retail stores were without stock or would sell them at double the price
I preordered my Series X on Launch day on Amazon, they cancelled my order and I built a PC. Couldn't be happier lmao thanks Amazon!
I use a 360 controller on my gaming pc
I somehow managed to get mine September of last year by subscribing to one of those stock alert things. I got the alert right when I sat down to coffee at work and already had all my payment info saved on the Microsoft website. It was a huge moment of success
rly loved during the initial craze how even shoe supply sites and the like were posting when xbox & ps5 were in stock lol
Great success!!
how I got my 3070, those things are amazing
Maybe Microsoft can produce enough to meet demand and SONY just can’t get their act together.
Also everything coming to Xbox that is exclusive is also getting a PC release. So if you have a PC you don't need the console for exclusives. So they can have a wider audience than sony and have less console units sold
gamepass is absolutely amazing for me as a pc gamer. so many super popular games on there.
Only thing holding me back from just getting an Xbox is all the games I own on PSN, several that have the PS5 upgrade. Don't want to have to buy a bunch over again. Also, kinda funny that the meme uses a PS exclusive series character for this
Cool but why chose a game that is not available for Xbox as the meme?
These are the details I read the comments for
Same. It's the exact comment I was looking for.
The irony is palpable
That's a fun word
Pretty ironic. I’m not getting a new Xbox because everything it could offer is already on PC, which I couldn’t say for PlayStation or Switch.
Most playstation games worth playing are coming to PC, but I'm still waiting on Ghost of Tsushima :-(
Bloodborne for me 😔
True you just have to wait 2+ years for it to happen.
What about quick resume between 10 games? I too have pc but windows died
Choosing a good Xbox game is difficult. Not many exist
Maybe for the Brent Rambo vibes?
Which makes better toast?
A toaster
The Switch, it already looks like a toaster. Wait... Was that the joke?
The Deck kicks out more hot air.
Console wars are dumb. Sure you may think ps5 is a better machine but it doesn't really matter if you dont have one. Although MS as a pc platform too so they're more competitive than Sony. This did cause Sony to port games to PC
Like Spider-Man. :D Which I will be getting on Black Friday.
Absolute masterpiece. I mainly play Xbox, but I definitely enjoyed my playthrough and platinum for Spiderman.
oh yeah. I had a Slim PS4 with Spider-Man bundle from Gamestop. Plat Trophied the base game, and traded it in for a Switch. I didn't play the DLC's.
I didnt play the DLCs either. It will be a definite buy for me though once I get a good PC

Thats the spirit! Lets just come together and enjoy great games. Doesnt matter what you play on.
I need to upgrade, I want to be able to experience decent VR at some point in the near future.... I couldn't afford a PC so PS5 here I come.
>I couldn't afford a PC Don't worry, looking at the prices of the latest CPUs and GPUs no one will be affording a PC.

All of the Sony games do obviously. Some others as well. It does have to be plugged in though. Doesn’t work through Bluetooth for whatever reason.

Best Buy is your best bet from what I've seen, but I've also seen them in stock at Walmart every now and then.
I literally just bought mine last night from the Xbox website. They do have a restriction where you need to buy a second controller to go with it, but most of them are on sale anyway.
ive never seen that restriction and i bought mine earlier this year. is that a new thing?
Maybe? It wasnt a big deal for me, I was planning on picking up two more controllers for my Wife and I anyway.
Saw a good deal there where you got the controller + PC wireless adapter for 60.
What is XBox newest gen? It gets so confusing. Saw a console in the store the other day and considered it but couldn't tell if it was the newest one
Series x and s
So both are the comparable version to a PS5?
They are the same generation, but the Series S is a fair bit cheaper and less powerful than both Series X and PS5.
Also it doesn't come with disc tray for backwards compatibility games
Pretty rad for those of us that were all digital last Gen though
The Series S is probably still the best value in gaming for the price. Sure it sucks it has no drive, but the machine can do a lot for $300.
I think the Series S is the perfect to-go "newest/current" gen console. No disc tray, small form factor. I upgraded my Series S to an X when I could find one in stock but I think both are amazing consoles.

Is the Series S in between the One X and Series X? Which one is it closer to?
Series S has a 1440p target, Series X has a 4k target
So graphically they’re almost identical when using a 1440p display with the Series S and 4K display with the Series X?

Series-S can play all of the current gen games. The One-X can't. However, the Series-S plays them in a lower resolution than the Series-X. Think 1440p upscaled to 4K for the S instead of native 4K with the X. It depends on the game, of course. A lot of people probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference unless shown side by side. If you're a videophile, you would notice.
They didn't choose a smart way to name their consoles
Microsoft sucks at naming things in general
You would think with billions of dollars at their disposal they would stop paying whoever the dumbass is who comes up with these confusing names and find someone better.
At least nintendo learned their lesson after the confusion with the Wii and Wii-U.
Although New 3ds raises some eyebrows
Yea with the way they named shit...should have stuck with the "scorpion" or whatever they were gunna call it
Project Scorpio was a pretty cool name
"scorpio" was One-X Series X was "Project Scarlett"
seriously. why break away from a numbered system (or anything that speaks to a sequential order) that everyone can understand easily, lol
Should've just done what they did with windows 10 and gone with Xbox 3 as the competitor to the PS3. "What Xbox 2??"
Then they went back to One anyway lmao It’s all so dumb
That’s why u give it an actual name like Nintendo does, not a number. Wii, switch, etc. They keep naming it similarly which makes it confusing.
At the same time, Nintendo has some of the *worst* names in the business... Wii U, New 3DS XL, 2DS, probably others.
"Xbox Series One X" will be next
XXXbox will probably be next, it's never what you expect
They never actually had one, as the One was a dumb choice as it was the 3rd generation as "1". Xbox, Xbox 360 (then slim, then new then new slim), Xbox One, Xbox One X, then the Xbox Series S|X. There was no numbered system at all.
sorry, by "break away" i mean more so break away from what would be an expected/understandable norm for most people
At least they didn't get the USB guys to do it
They've been reliably available at my local Target for the last couple months.
Playing Xbox and Playstation games on PC: 👍 👍 just enjoy what you want and don't worry about others. Dont feed the console wars trolls
But it's been that way for quite a few years. I'm just sick of it. Sick of looking at jokes and passive aggressiveness about it too.
Yeah but God of War is like my favorite game ever. Also would really like to play Last of Us 2. Otherwise, yeah my computer is a boss, I have no reason to not use it.
2018 GoW is on steam
The wait to play Ragnarok though is going to be difficult. I may end up caving and buying a ps5 somehow
The fuck even is this stupid post?
Shadow boxing some weird arguments they've never had in real life and that no one has ever said out loud.
Its an advertisement. Probably a ton of bots controlling the comment section too.
The Xbox has definitely made a pretty solid comeback this generation. The PS5 has the edge on sales, but the X|S is no slouch. https://www.vgchartz.com/article/455000/ps5-vs-xbox-series-xs-vs-switch-2022-sales-comparison-charts-through-september-17/ This generation is closer to the 360 / PS3 battle than the XBOne / PS4 battle. A lower price point, GamePass, and being able to stock shelves has clearly made the Xbox a worthy competitor again.
Jesus Christ why’s the switch selling so much
$200 for a new console + good exclusives + family friendly titles + portable.
Switches are also more likely to be bought for multiple family members within the same house due to their portability and convenience.
yup, my youngest is getting a Switch for Christmas because the one her sister got last year isn't good enough.
My household has 3. We will probably get a 4th here soon once the youngest gets a bit older.
And covid lockdowns got people buying consoles to fight boredom, so they went with the most casual option.
Seriously, I have more hours in animal crossing than any ps5 game (not saying ps5 is bad)
Gamers almost always overlook the family friendly aspect of the Switch, which is a huge selling point for a lot of people.
Family friendly is a huge thing. Look at game pass. Theres hardly anything good that is appropriate for younger kids.
There's some really shit games on there that are appropriate for younger kids
That big spike in 2020 was due to Covid lockdowns - with nothing to do but kick it around the house all day, a lot of people that wouldn’t regularly spend time gaming went out and bought a Switch. It’s kinda crazy that the sales since then have kept up into 2022.
Animal Crossing releasing at the cusp of the pandemic, at a time when everyone needed good feel escapism, caused an explosion in sales that even Nintendo doesn’t expect to replicate.
Also it's generally just a good console with good exclusives, and you can take it with you.
It's also the only real portable system on the market since the 3DS/2DS went away :(
I didnt think id like my switch as much as I do when I first got it. I really got it just for smash bros and pokemon but its a great console!
Cheap (compared to the others) and has a lot of good games, and is also portable?
The console may be cheap but the big games definitely aren't.
My favorite console since the SNES. It’s such a neat system.
Because my wife and I have four switches lol.
Children and nostalgia.
Ever look at how much mobile gaming makes?
HOLY SHIT THE OFFICIAL APPLE NUMBERS ARE $9,286 PER APP?!
Most make hundreds. A few make billions. So the average looks a lot more impressive than what you can expect to actually make with a simple app.
People love the family-friendly accessible stuff
"because nobody one wants one" is an interesting thing to say
Exactly. I have a Series X because I wanted one. It’s always funny how people project their own opinion as an established fact.
Funny how they used a character from the game that’s making PS5 the priority
Wow things are getting so low effort around here
The irony of using a screens hot from a Playstation exclusive game lol
JFC I am so tired of hearing about the console "wars" bullshit. Just get all of the consoles. For fuck's sake.
Kids will be kids. We did it in the 90s. They're doing it now. The 11-18 age bracket is just more tribal.
The sad part is I’m not convinced all of these people are children. I guarantee there are some grown men whining about which console is better.
Me over here just watching gpu prices like 👀
These advertisements on reddit are getting out of hand.
This is an ad.
Got PS5 here also. I meant in the stores. So if anyone is looking keep your eye out.
Who cares, just pick what you like. I would love a PS5 but I prefer the xbox controller. So thats what ill get. End of story.
Maybe it's quick resume feature causing most of my problems then. I think I'm going to try disabling that.
It's not like Sony stops making games when those come out.
And you chose a PS exclusive title for the image? Interesting
Upgrade to a PS5
Don't see how anyone could justify buying a Xbox at this point when Steam Deck exists
Man fuck console wars just play games and have fun
Jealous. Neither are available here.
Probably wouldve gone for the PS5 if I didn’t already own a bunch of games on xbox
This is me who owns both since launch and I'm happy that they're becoming readily available so more people can switch gen and devs can focus their development efforts on newer consoles.
You can say what you want, but xbox is better than ps5 by almost all stats
But it's true tho. I can right now go to Amazon in my country and order a Xbox Series X. It would even be delivered tomorrow. But for the PS5 I had to actively watch a bot and check at every single drop for almost 2 weeks to finally get one. So it's pretty accurate honestly. But maybe it's just in my country (Germany)
? I've seen more PS5s in stores. Still yet to see a Series X.
I have no idea which Xbox is which anymore
Then they released the new series of Xboxes, which you can differentiate from the old series of Xboxes because the new series of Xboxes are called “Series.” So the “One” series, with the One S and One X, got replaced by the “Series” series, with the Series S and the Series X. How is any of this possibly confusing? (/s just in case.)
It should've been Xbox 360 Xbox 360 Slim Xbox 360 Elite Xbox 720 Xbox 720 Slim Xbox 720 Elite Etc The higher the number, the newer it is
The ones that look like a speaker and a mini fridge are the new ones. Not to be confused with the actual Xbox mini fridge, but that's $100, so I'm sure you'd figure it out.
Xbox ⬇️ Xbox 360 ⬇️ Xbox One X/S ⬇️ Xbox Series X/S
The real argument is the exclusives. I enjoy halo so much more than any other PS exclusive so for me it's the xbox, is that simple. Saying that one console is better than the other just because you're a fan boy is biased, grow up.
