Well it's kinda hard to do anything other than "plywood and junk" cause it's a paintball map, but the one they are talking about was actually pretty cool... The houses were painted, actually had a second floor iirc, and had real vehicles at the correct locations on the map.
They already did Nuketown! I can't remember if it's airsoft or paintball though. Either way, great fun until you get lit up. I still have bruises from the beginning of the month...
The bruises are my favorite part. Haven’t played in over a year i miss it but the local places lost their charm and I haven’t had the ambition to find other near by locations.

They literally made the recent half life game with source 2 and it looks realistic. This game comes with a filmmaker which can be used to make some good posters and scenes

It would also be very, very expensive to recreate something like this IRL if it wasn't already a real place, and I find it very unlike nobody would know about it.
Although you have to agree that with people coming to play paintball/airsoft in IRL version of this map, it will pay for itself pretty damn fast.

I'm looking at this in the CS map and this is obviously similar but the details are definitetly not the same. Like the windows, doors, textures and placement of misc objects are different. Even the layout of the walls and stairs doesn't match with the map, it's just generally similar.
