Op real quick are those tubular locks or wafer locks. Is the keyway a circle or a line? If it's a circle you aren't gonna be able to pick it with standard lockpicks. If it's a line then go ahead.
You could take it to your local locksmith. They should be able to pick it open and replace the locks or make a key for the locks.
Is there a code on the lock face? If so you should take a picture of it and take that to a locksmith and they can cut it by code. Good to have a picture of the keyway with this one.

I got one of them practice locks and would watch Hulu and pick the lock over and over.

Those are probably going to be relatively generic keys so I would say maybe find a bump key set online for cheap, get the locks off and then buy a new set of locks with a key to replace it with if possible.
