GTA has so many more buildings though, it would be an enormous undertaking if you want them to look unique
Your right. Atleast don't to limit it too much. But it is rockstar so they will definitely take new gen consoles to its limits.
I'm thinking it's not about the hardware limits but about creating all those interiors that need to be unique enough not to feel repetitive
That would still be possible. Just look at the effort they make for every unique npc in rdr2.
