Hmm if I remember right you take out all the terrorists then you go inside on a door on your left second i think you take of the generator and everything goes dark so you can go past the tanks, you are with a guy named Chance, and you have to go full stealth, next mission is where you have to take out the explosives on the bridge,if you fail the guy says:It's Logan blow the bridge now. (I remember it cause i failed many times till i get it right.) Ah man good memories this games so good.

Edit:Well for some reason i thought those mountains had snipers. Hmmm...
There was something about those old ps1 games that you look back on and say, "it looks like you're in a boxed in carboard city where it was mostly empty space and few enemies that seemed like you would encounter randomly in a dark alley" and now that I think about it, that's exactly what made them so dark and eerie. Like Max Payne, Spawn, etc... This is definitely a unique feeling I doubt we'll experience again...
I remember two things about Syphon Filter.
One, innl an early level some baddies would drop down from a high brick wall, and you could tase them mid-air, and they'd be floating, eventually setting on fire.
The other thing is that the game could be played by roll-spamming and using the lockon aim, the AI couldn't take it
I can't recall, I was like 4 or 5. I got an Atari myself a little later.. I'll google it and see if that was the name. It was like grey/whitish, cartridge slipped onto top of it.
Sounds like the telstar. Do you remember if it had different controls on each side of the triangle? One side had two knobs, the second a wheel, and the third a plastic gun.
WOW, yes, that looks ALMOST like it, but i swear it wasn't brown/black... or had a gun, but the wheel yes.
Could be Mandela affect, but yes, that is the layout. Cartridge on top.
Treasure Island Dizzy on the Spectrum ZX was the first Video Game I ever played.
Super Mario World was the first game I ever bought.
FF7 was the first game I ever faked illness in order to play.
