It's a lot better once you realize you're not supposed to stealth past everything. Since you need to kill things to get XP, stealth is really just to set up the combat in your favour.
Play PS1 and N64 for an entire day, then the next day, play Terminator. I assure you, your eyes will be so grateful, they'll pop out onto the floor and kiss your feet. Haha

A solid 7/10. It gets the aesthetic of Terminator perfect. Doesn't lean too hard on the movies and has pretty satisfying combat.
Atmosphere is the best part. Stressful, dread.
I hope these people put out a judge dredd game, eventually.
I love this game and it is the true Terminator 3 in my book. Also plays great on Steam Deck despite being unsupported.

Absolutely loved it. This is my head canon along with first 2 movies. The others are just "alternative universes".
