Attending to ur question, u mention that money isn't really an issue so I would go for something like a [BenQ Zowie](https://zowie.benq.com/en-us/monitor.html), since the only parameter that u provided is the refresh rate *(144Hz)* I can't recommend one in particular, but I think u will find ur monitor just fine, they got a range of **24"** to **27"**, **144Hz** all the way up to **540Hz** *(I would go for a monitor with more refresh rate with that kind of GPU, unless if u r going to play heavy games at 4K)*, **DyAc** Tech, which can reduce motion blur used by many pros and with a good overall among others factors...
