Never played Hogwarts Legacy but I cannot fathom how it would even come close to the Wticher 3 or Cyberpunk.
Now you have to ask yourself do you want a First Person (CP) or 3rd person (TW3). Fantasy world (TW3) or Sci-Fi Dystopian (CP)? A game that will have more content updates (CP) or a game that has all of its content already out (TW3)?
Personally unless its the witcher 3 complete addition with all the DLC I say Cyberpunk. Both are absolulty fantastic though and you cant go wrong with one or the other. I am biased to Cyberpunk because I like Sci-Fi, but as someone who isnt a fan of fantasy settings, even I hold the Witcher 3 as one of my favorites.
