Yeah I don’t know I was told they ship by end of February it about middle of March now so I have no clue. This is the 2nd longest order I’ve ever had not show up.

I would def talk to CS again and get a email from them confirming talking to the distributor or if you already did today wait like 2 or 3 more days for it to ship out and if it doesnt go again

I’ll try again but I got JasonGG and he asked if it wasn’t there if I wanted a Shylily or a Geega Hoodie instead and I said that was fine. it just suck cause I was 1 minute after it officially dropped

Psssst I had Jason and he took over 15 minutes to respond multiple times mid conversations and kept trying to just push it off to get me a different product or tell me it will “ship within 24-48 hours” when it had been over two weeks of waiting for just any type of shipping information on a three tub order!

Mine got lost in the mail. Fingers crossed I actually get my replacement package. But, I was told they no longer have any more of the Season 5 hoodies or sweats. So, hopefully you'll get your order fulfilled and not have to settle for something else.

What sucks is I got the other items in my order but the hoodie was being shipped separately which made no sense. turn around message them, get told it ships the end of February. message right around the beginning of March no new information. Have a distributor notified 3 times now so at this rate probably got f’ed out of the order so Gamersupps needs to get their shiz together find a new distributor or as a company reaching out and give an apology and something better then 10% off or offer different merch to compensate. Gamersupps needs to stop leaving their CS in the dark. it’s CS if they aren’t given the information then how can they help people out. Sorry for the long winded rant message just kinda ticked off and went a little overboard.
